I went to this place at noon on Saturday to check out it's jewelry, only to find a sign in the window that says will be back in 10 minutes. I figured this was reasonable and waited 10 minutes, only for no one to show up.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. Zero stars if that were an option... I ordered $1400.00 worth of merchandise online from this business two weeks ago. The money was deducted from my account immediately. Two weeks later, order status is still "paid and unshipped". I have tried for these past two weeks to get information and despite emails and phone calls have heard nothing from Antique Jewelry Exchange. Now I have filed a complaint with BBB and am working with my bank to try and get this money credited back to my account. Not sure how all that will go yet. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT ORDER ONLINE with these folks. Maybe different if you go in and can actually walk out with your purchase, but I wouldn't even recommend that seeing how they treat a (presumably) good customer who wanted to spend $1400.00 at their business.
