Anthony's Cigar Emporium

Place has nice large walk in humidor with good selection of cigars. pleasant atmosphere with lounge chairs, large TVs and couple of ice machines for those wanting to enjoy a smoke. Prices are about 15 to 20 percent higher than I am used too.

Very helpful and friendly staff. My wife and I have been going to their lounge and everyone there has been very welcoming. I highly recommend this place.

Service was crap. Some older gentleman closed early 'cause he wanted to. He was still there but refused to sell me a cigar - even though the hours were still open! Waisted 40 minutes of my evening.

Our go-to B&M cigar spot in Tucson! The staff is always helpful and the humidor is stocked with a nice variety of cigars for beginners who are new to the hobby/lifestyle and aficionados alike. The lounge is comfortable with a friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend checking them out.

Walked in to buy a couple a sticks and hoped to smoke one. All chairs were occupied but what was a mess was the fact that there were two guys sitting in chairs who were sleeping. So I ended up just buying cigars and leaving. The humidor is nice, but having people sleeping in the chairs is a bad look and adds a negative context to an otherwise nice shop. The guy at the counter was also rude when I asked about military discount. Made is seem like I was asking him to poke is eye with a needle while dropping F bombs during our interaction. Anthony's in Phoenix is much nicer and more professionally operated.

The selection is tops here, the lounge is comfortable.But let me make this clear...I buy a lot here. I buy because of Alex the store manager because he is no nonsense and lets me do my thing. I am a cigar enthusiast, I am more well versed in cigars than most. I choose Alex and the Anthony's on Broadway when I am in Tucson.Enough said.

Disappointed in the quality last couple of times I was there. Cigars were drying out. Bought 2 M81s, and 4 various kids of acids

The last two cigars from two different locations in Tucson were dry and fell apart before I could smoke them.I tried to return one of the cigars at the Campbell location, but was asked to produce a receipt ... I had a pic of the broken cigar on my phone, but that wasn't good enough.Decided to give Anthony's the benefit of the doubt ... went back to the Grant store to buy a cigar ... mentioned the two previous cigar failures (no offer to correct the situation) ... I told the salesman that if it happened again, I would not buy any more cigars from them ... he said, do whatever you got to do. Then he got hostle and said, that was a threat to him ... so I said, okay, I will for sure not buy from Anthony's ever, again ... instead will buy online and left the store ... never to return.Anthony's apparently does not back their product and for sure, need to retrain the sale staff ... maybe this has happened before?
