Friendly staff and accommodating.When I brought my dog in for a bath and grooming they decided to make her a priority since she's an older dog. She was ready within one hour after dropping her off .Thank you to Annes grooming !

This is the BEST grooming salon I've ever been to. I took my chihuahua here for five years before I moved out of state. The shop is beautiful, clean and open. You can tell they're not hiding anything. The staff is so helpful and kind.

Because of my dog's age, they made him a priority also. He was done in an hour. However, he had not been washed, he smelled bad going in and coming out. And the clipping on his coat was uneven and messy. I found that $75 was a rip-off and I left another $25 tip thinking he had been thoroughly groomed. But he hadn't. I will not go back and I will not recommend this place of business. I am very disappointed. S. Minier.

A huge shout out to Anne's Grooming Pet Salon in Rancho Vistoso. You did the impossible. You groomed Ginger! Ginger was rescued from a puppy mill/meat market in South Korea where she was destined to become soup once her breeding days were over. She has been part of our pac for over 4 years where I have worked with her daily to help her overcome the trauma of her first 3 years. Sammy, our 3 year old Havanese, is so excited every time we arrive at Anne's! He can hardly wait to get inside the door. The entire staff and Anne are extremely well trained and the salon is very clean and open. Anne grooms Sammy to the species trademark style, while adding our special requests, such as "a bit shorter ears, thin the tail". I have difficulty when I try to brush him at home. His very "curly, fluffy tail" knots and tangles easily. Anne always grooms the body, snout, legs, tail (etc) to perfection. She clips then grinds the nails with a Dremel (we requested that). So no sharp claws. We tried "pet store" grooming to save money but were very disappointed in the cut. The cut was so bad in the pet store that Just two weeks later he didn't look like he had been groomed at all. Obviously done in a hurry and very uneven. Sammy (and we) trust Anne and her staff completely. They know Sammy well and treat him like family. When I pick him up, Sammy acts like he's been to a party (very happy). They've never "bribed" him to behave or calm down. He obviously trusts and likes them too. I was concerned that his tail tangles would be painful for him to groom, but there have been no problems. She told us that she never does anything that will hurt him. Anne really knows what she's doing. Just book well in advance!

I took our 9 mos old standard poodle to Anne's yesterday. Riley got Anne as his groomer. She did a fantastic job!! Both my husband and I are sooo happy. And the best part... Riley was happy the whole rest of the day. The place is clean, the staff is great. I drove 40 minutes to get there and will continue to do so, it's worth the drive!

Our Abby, a 4 months old, 7 lb puppy, had never been groomed before we brought her into Anne's Grooming. (for this reason, I was thinking she'd definitely be a challenge) When I transferred Abby into Anne's arms, off she went, with no problem. This was a bit of a surprise because she can be timid around strangers but obviously felt very comfortable with Anne. An hour later we were called saying Abby was done, and both my husband and I can honestly say Anne's Grooming is the best, most caring grooming salon we've ever been to. Abby looked wonderful! Anne took the time to tell us how Abby's session went and what all she did for her and what I could do at home in between visits. I truly got the feeling that our Abby was treated as though she was one of their pups. I can't say enough about our wonderful experience here!!

Ann as Grooming has done a consistently good job of grooming our dog Buddy. They are welcoming, the shop is clean and quality of service is high.
