We were in need of a quality office chair, but didn't want to pay the outrageous cost that some of these chairs cost. This business offers discounted quality used chairs. We were able to get a Herman Miller areon chair for half the cost of what it usually is. The staff were very friendly and helpful and showing us all the chair features and helping us figure out which one is the best fit for our needs.The only reason I didn't write this five stars is because there were some hiccups with checking out. The person checking us out originally charged us the wrong amount, but she was very gracious and called us when we left the business to tell us that she overcharged. When she was fixing her mistake, the Internet went down and we were there for quite a while.

We were looking for some consignment office chairs and got exactly that at Anderson's Office Furniture & Designs! They have a ton of Herman Miller chairs, and after poking around, we were able to find two Mirra chairs! Score!The prices were great compared to retail, and the salesperson showed us how to maneuver the various knobs and handles for adjustments as well as cleaned the chairs before we wheeled them into our car. I'm sitting in my Mirra chair as I write this review. Still feels great after a year of use!

I was looking for a desk with a return that would fit a very specific area. We tried the Big Box stores, several high end retailers and another office furniture store before finding Anderson's Office Furniture & Design on Google Maps. We met with Albina Anderson who gave us the choice of a "good enough" desk that we could get that day or a custom to order made in Arizona that would fit the space perfectly. We chose to custom order the desk which included a special size book shelf, drawers and a custom return. From order to set up took a month. It was perfect. Albina was professional and helped us design the desk and other components. We were grateful to have her expertise to guide us through the process. Delivery and setup went without a hitch. All in all a wonderful experience. I was able to buy a gently used steel case chair for less than half the retail price for my wife at the same time. Highly recommend Anderson's.

I am extremely pleased with the custom bookcase I purchased at Anderson's Office Furniture. The quality is very good, all the people I dealt with were very helpful to me in the selection process, the product was delivered earlier than the scheduled date, they accommodated me by keeping the store open after hours on my pick up date and helped me to safely transport and pack the bookcase in my minivan. The bookcase is a beautiful addition to my home study. I would definitely recommend them for someone looking for office furniture.

I am in the process of starting a new business and have had wonderful assistance and support from the Tucson community and the vendors - that is until I stopped at Anderson's. The staff was not helpful, did not attempt to assist me, nor did they appear remotely interested in my business. Ultimately, I left the store and informed the front receptionist, who was busy doing nothing the entire duration of my visit, that I (sarcastically) appreciated her assistance.

I've worked with Anderson's off and on for years but not anymore. I ordered online a File Cabinet and was told the order had been received and that they would get back with me, this was on June 27th. I went on vacation and told my assistant to make the payment when they reached out. I came back from vacation and called Anderson's because they never filled my order. I was told the cabinet I ordered was no longer available and that they could fill my order with another that didn't meet my needs. I asked them to honor my initial order and was told they would look into it and call me back. I didn't get a call, I got an email stating that they did not have the cabinets with lock and keys but they had some with locks and I could purchase keys online and that the ones they are offering had small dents in two of the drawers. I'm so tired of small businesses not offering customers service. That is what is supposed to separate them from big box store.

I have been remiss in not writing this sooner but let time and the affairs of every day life crowd out what is truly important and long overdue. I moved to the Tucson area a few months ago and needed to furnish my in home office. Andersons Office Furniture & Design came highly recommended by a trusted and long time friend and Tucson resident. I had other frame of reference, so I figured what the heck, I'll give them a shot. To say I was glad about my selection and pleased at the outcome would be a gross and undeserved understatement!! I was overwhelmed, not only by the pricing but the service and attention to every detail of my needs. The owner, Joe Anderson, took personal interest in my needs and catered to my every requirement. The selection was far greater than I anticipated and his understanding of how to set up an office is, in my opinion, unparalleled and goes far beyond my expectations.... And at 71 years of age this is not my first office I have had to set up.But that is only the beginning... His wife Albina was no slouch in her department either. They work together like a well oiled machine and when it came to handling the paperwork she made the entire process go as smoothly as I could have even imagined. (Truth be told, I secretly think the business is actually run by Albina but she just lets Joe think he is in charge!!! LOL) She could not have been more accommodating in making sure I understood every aspect of my purchase!! Kudos to her because after 71 years in business myself, I realize I am not the easiest person to please!! But she hit it out of the park!! Thank you Albina for your patience and willingness to explain everything in microscopic detail when I asked. Delivery should not be left out of this equation to be sure. The two men that delivered the furniture were prompt and professional in every detail. They set up everything to my exact specifications and did not leave until I was satisfied. I realize this is a longer than normal review but every word is well deserved and can be relied upon as just the facts!! Great job to the entire Anderson's team. I am happy to have relocated to the Tucson area and so grateful to have been introduced to Joe and Albina. I'm sure all of my future office needs will be well taken care of by them both. We have purchased numerous office chairs, desks, credenzas, filing cabinets, and other pieces for both home and business over the last 15+ years. I never had anything but great service every time I have been in their store, and the quality of the furniture has always been great. I would highly recommend them.

We were glad we found this place. It had what we were looking for, the price was great and most of what we wanted was in stock and already assembled. We will be waiting for one of the items we purchased to arrive in a few weeks due to wanting it to be new. Staff did offer the floor model but we prefer for things to be new. Overall staff were helpful, well educated in the products they sell and went above and beyond helping us find what we were looking for. Staff also went above and beyond by staying late after closing hours to help us.

Anderson's furniture has a variety of items at excellent prices. My cubicle purchase experience was made with ease due to the knowledge the Office Staff have in putting together layouts, colors, and overall space. The installers did an exceptional job as well.
