Leslie is perfect! She takes the time to listen to your body and understands your every need! Since it was my first time having acupuncture done she took the time to help me feel comfortable during the entire procedure. I was referred to her for fertility issues and I really feel she has helped me out. Not pregnant yet but fingers crossed :)

I had a really good first visit here. the front room had a really strong incense smell which I didn't like at all, but as soon as you got into the treatment rooms the smell mellowed to something reasonable.I had a great consultation with the dr. she listened to my issues, asked questions, and really seemed to listen to the answers. She walked me through her initial diagnosis, the therapy she was going to start with, etc. I felt like she did an amazing job explaining everything and making me feel comfortable (especially since I've never tried this type of treatment before).

Leslie Romero is nothing short of INCREDIBLE. Leslie is professional, has a keen sense and ability to for see the type of Accupuncture and Chinese herbs one needs for their ailment. I found her to be an amazing healer, knowledgable, experienced, clean and professional. I fell in love with her and her technique. I had 2 spinal reconstructive surgeries and have found nothing relieves the constant pain I endure but Leslie is the first person to offer relief from years of suffering. I've had 2 sessions with her with great results each time. I recommend Leslie HIGHLY. She is very very good at her craft. Jane King

I felt unheard and discounted which was probably the practitioner's innate suspicion of a trained scientist with laboratory results in hand. "I have no interest in any of this."The odor of incense, or whatever the substance, was overwhelming and gave me a headache during and after all three visits. The highlight of the experience had to be when the licensed acupuncturist provider asked me to take my shirt off ( to show him the area of concern) while the door was open to the parking lot. He had opened it earlier to let the fly out but instead we were joined by a few more. That event was seconded by our discussion of TNFalpha, a.k.a tumor necrosis factor, a normal cell cycle regulating protein the name of which he could not be convinced meant anything but tumor-associated. When I asked what was in the ointment I was instructed to apply, he offered only and repeatedly that "it's made by Seminole Indians." I pressed- he gave me no reason to believe he had any knowledge of its makeup. In short, it was frustrating and at times belittling. This is not the practice you want to go to having had training in the biological sciences (although the LAC reported training as a chemist, to which I would add an extended ring structure does not a carcinogen make). You need to be able to accept without questioning at least to be liked and perhaps to have success at this practice. He had good ideas but was intolerant of my questions before implementing them.

Leslie is AMAZING. She's helped me tremendously with numerous issues. She always takes the time to listen, and asks questions to get to the root of my issues. After years of back pain (the first issue I saw her for) and numerous doctors, medications, chiropractic, etc. she pretty much cured the issue within a few treatments! Same with a hip problem I'd been having that I hadn't thought to bring up to her during my treatments - one treatment for this and no more pain or clicking or falling when walking! (And no more worrying about trying to find the money to pay for the physical therapy the doctor had ordered!) I always feel so relaxed with her and trust her to help me in whatever areas that need attention! I can't say enough good things about Leslie. If you have any issue - see her, she can help!

Leslie Romero is wonderful. She is knowledgeable, empathetic, caring and intuitive. With every visit she amazed me with her ability to determine my mood and how I felt that day just by checking my pulses. I saw Leslie for support going through fertility treatments and saw a significant improvement in IVF results during the cycles I was treated by Leslie compared the cycles when I was not. Additionally, the treatments were extremely relaxing and a stress release break during my busy weeks. I highly recommend this practitioner.
