Amerisleep - Tucson

We stopped by to look at the mattresses at this Amerisleep La Encantada. Located on the upper level near Tiffany's, you can go in and sample all the different mattresses to see which ones make you feel amazing. Sharon helped us with all the great information about how they're made. If you have aches and pains it's a great idea to just go in and consider one of these amazing beds for your home. We were in the market for a new mattress and decided to check out Amerisleep's store. My wife had already went and scoped Amerisleep out on a break from work so she was already sold prior to my visit.Sharon and Cindi both helped us out. Given my shoulder pain and my wife's hip and back pain, they both recommended the AS5 which is 1 of 5 of Amerisleep's mattresses that the offer. The AS5 is the softest of the group which made me a bit nervous but with their 100 night sleep guarantee, we decided to go with it. We also purchased a mattress pad and two of their pillows. Everything is shipped direct for free which is a nice perk. My only negative comment about the experience is that shipping took a bit longer than expected, arriving about 2-3 weeks after purchase however it was well worth the wait.The first couple nights took some getting used to (as their website does indicate) but since then, I've slept better than I have in YEARS. So far, our aches and pains have been well supported by the AS5 and I don't anticipate having to use that 100 night guarantee.We're incredibly happy with our purchase - thanks Amerisleep!

Me and my wife came in looking for a bed we felt at the time that the mattress that we picked was the best one that fit our needs. Unfortunately I called 2 weeks after we got the mattress to let the lady know that our backs hurt a lot from the mattress. She said that you need to give it time it's like a new shoe with a break in period. Each morning we wake up with pain in our backs and sides. Before they can do anything to exchange the mattress we need to wait a minimum of 30 days of pain before they can exchange the bed for another one. If I want to exchange the bed sooner than the 30 days, it will be $100 extra. It's the pain we are having waking up each morning that hurts. On their website it reads,"So don't worry, if you have minor aches or stiffness at first, nothing is wrong and they will often disappear quickly." Funny word "minor," we are so sad each morning waking up in pain, there's nothing minor about this. It sucks that they preach about 100 FREE trial days and forget the small print must use for 30 days of Suffering before we can acknowledge the free part. Will update in week 3. Be careful of spending so much money to wake up to pain for 30days.

We stumbled with Amerisleep by luck. We were looking for a good quality mattress since we recently moved to Tucson,Sharon Sanders was wonderful at showing us the different models and we test them until we found our AS3 . We decided to wait and after shopping around Amerisleep was the best option. Went back and Cindy was able to finish up the transaction. Thank you!

We love our bed so much, We purchased a second bed for our home in NH!! Me and my wife went into the store in Tucson AZ and we were greeted by a very nice, non pushy sales woman named Sharon. I informed Sharon that we needed a good mattress for our 5th wheel and that I had a bad back, ( just had surgery a few months back), no pun intended . Sharon showed us several beds and the two that would be best for us, since I had a bad back and we were both side sleepers. After trying out the beds we chose the AS4. We ordered the bed, got 2 free bamboo pillows and free delivery. We received an email confirmation right away on our order and about 2 days later we received a tracking number. Fed Ex delivered our Mattress in 11 days from purchase. The bed was very easy to set up, (note that mattress box is very heavy), but I managed by myself. Sleeping on the bed has been great compared to the Sleep Number we replaced. I sleep through the night and wake up with no aches or pains. After having the Mattress in our 5th wheel for about a month, we just ordered another one for our home. Great service, great mattress, we highly recommend!!!!

We stopped in to begin our mattress hunt. With two children two and under the few hours of sleep we get are very important to us! Sharon was extremely helpful and zeroed in on the best fit for us right away. We like to spend a bit of time thinking about these big decisions, but I'm sure we will be back!

I have walked by this place multiple times and thought to myself, "Looks like a more expensive Sleep Number." We happened to be shopping for a new mattress and looked at a variety of big box stores. We noticed that the same mattress from a particular brand can be marketed differently depending on which store you visit and they will typically use different names for the product, making it hard to compare.We were almost set on buying a mattress over $2,000 but I decided to look up this place just in the off-chance that they were affordable.I was happy we went here because the mattresses are much more affordable than I thought. We purchased the AS3 king and it cost much less than the mattress we set out to buy initially. The showroom is beautiful and Sharon was helpful. We bought our mattress during a $200 dollars off promotion and they included 2 bamboo pillows in the price of our mattress. We were very satisfied with our purchase.The mattress arrived sooner than expected and customer service is top notch. The mattress does not give off a heavy odor. The mattress is shipped in a box and deflates perfectly. Definitely recommend!!

Made an appointment two days ago for today 4/1/23 at 10 am. Got email confirmation. Was at the store 10 am, no one there. No email or phone cancellation. Waited 30 minutes and left.

We came into the store needing a mattress and was helped immediately. Staff was very good and answered all of our questions. They walked us through the process and helped us pick the right one. We ended up purchasing the mattress.

I walked in the store looking for a dinette set and I promise that I will never walk into this store again no matter how much credit they offer. It was the worst of the worst customer service experience I have ever had. They treated me like I was nothing and just walked away from me even though I had more questions. I wouldn't recommend shopping here to my worst enemy if I had one.
