The American Rehab Center has made me stronger, structured, knowledgeable, and etc in all ways... The staff are amazing and they work with you and truly believe in you but it starts with you wanting it for yourself... I have grown so much within the 45 days I was there and it changed the way I look at life, to not take things for granted, learned new coping skills, and a new way to live... They gave me a chance to have a second chance in life...

I went into this facility in August for 30 days for alcohol addiction and was truly amazed by the staff (well most of them) how nice, caring and empathetic they were. The BHT's Pete, Lisa, Denise, Budda, Jovannah, Ruben, Victor and the entire nursing staff were awesome. I was not a fan of BHT's Kevin and Carter, both were egotistical, arrogant, lacking empathy and very condescending. For whatever reason they both were great at making me and others feel less than, for having an addiction problem, (at least that's how I felt, and a few others I spoke to during my stay).My therapist Patrice was absolutely the best. She really listened and cared for her patients. I have never felt such a connection with a therapist like I did Patrice. I'd like to thank the staff and facility so much for helping me in my time of need, and to say I'm going strong and still sober going on 90 days. Thanks ARC!!

We had a terrible experience at ARCWe were there for the detox program for 3 days which was successful. However, after leaving we requested a FMLA signature from Dr Ditsmansen and the medicine he prescribed had severe side effects. We were unable to speak to him regarding a medicine changeHe abandoned medical care which I believe is illegal and deplorable. I recommend you DO not attend these campuses

This place is amazing! The facility is gorgeous and the staff is very compassionate and caring. Anyone considering treatment would be lucky to get a bed here. Between Smart Recovery classes and meetings there is a salon free to clients and a pool and jacuzzi. Yoga and meditation classes are also a part of this spectacular program.

This place is a pure blessing. If anyone says different that is because they are bitter, entitled, ungrateful, broken, stuck in their drug addicted mind and may God bless them with better days. This place is ran by experienced professionals and like any other business is not perfect. In my time here I have experienced true love, support and a genuine community striving to edify one another. It has been an honor and true privilege to have become part of The Arc family. Fred and Linda and your horses will forever have a place in my heart. The peace, reflection and grounding I experienced bonding with Buzz will be a part of me forever. Thank you! To the entire staff literally I LOVE YOU ALL.

I have been in this program for almost 3 months. The staff is amazing, caring and very understanding of addiction and personal challenges everyone in recovery experiences. The facility is clean, strict when it comes to anything illegal on campus and a great program for anyone looking for treatment. Tucson does not offer many alternatives and this place saved my life. It allowed me to start again and grow into who I wanted to be. Food is amazing, gym, pool, and nice rooms.

Overall I had a good experience here with their residential program. You reach a certain point in life where you decide that you have a problem but it's a scary step to actually want to get help. I had to detox first and that's the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the setup there is a bit different than the residential. The room where you admit is a little small where others are waiting. Overall I was here for 3 weeks and now I'm doing outpatient at another facility but I just want to mention that overall I'm on a better path because of this place. Thank you.

I loved the staff here my favorite Tatiana she helpful and everything I told her was always confidential she gave fantastic feed back is one of the people who helped me cope

This place is absolutely amazing...I did 30 days in residential and then 90 days in IOP and I would really recommend this place to anyone who wants to get clean and change their lives... I can honestly say this place has saved my life...
