I don't like giving bad reviews but this is the worst bank to ever deal with. You can call the branch in Sierra Vista which is the main branch and no one will ever answer your call. If by chance you do get someone to answer it's after letting it ring for 45 minutes. They will lock you out of your account for no apparent reason even though you are using the same credentials as you first logged in with. My card was lost I was told 7 to 10 business days after two and a half weeks I called back and they told me it was never ordered. They proceeded to tell me another 7 to 10 business days without apologizing. Customer service is not a priority with this bank at all.

HATE HATE HATE THIS PLACE!!! So my experiences with credit unions have been universally bad, but this one is the one that has made me decide to use a BANK because whatever they might charge me is better that putting up with this place or another one similar. They are not open when I can come in.I apparently have to come in in person do just about anything that my current bank can do with minimal hassle.The employees are unhelpful and rude when you do come in. If you try to call they have a very limited support team so you may have to wait a good long time. I had to set up an automatic transfer IN PERSON, on THREE SEPARATE OCCASIONS because the date of the transfer would come around and it wouldn't work. I'm closing my account because hiding my money under my fucking mattress would be preferable.

worst experience EVER! The loan department staff do not know what they are doing. I recently sold my vehicle to someone who got a loan through ASCU. They do not understand payoff quotes, are rude and don't care about being a reflection of the community they are supposed to be serving. Closing my accounts, and NEVER recommending them to anyone! Horrible!

Inexperienced, rude and frustrating to deal with. If they say they can get you a loan "in the next two days" they mean in a week. They'll also blame you when they mess up your paperwork and treat you poorly because of it.

If I could give a zero or a minus number I would .. there are no human beings working at this Credit Union. My husband is dying of brain cancer yet with a doctor's note and my marriage certificate I am unable to get a simple bank statement to get him on Medicaid! What laws are being broken by giving a wife her husband's bank statement to prove that he qualifies for Medicaid ?! Good luck if you decide to use this Credit Union .. just make sure you don't ever have any problems in your life !

Well, my negative experience pales against the "F" rating ASCU has with the Better Business Bureau. Really an "F"? Mr. Jay Williamson - CEO of ASCU, how come you haven't fixed this?I purchased an ATV from a member and went with him to pay off his loan. That was 17 days ago. When we went in on a Saturday the cust svc rep said she didn't have any access to any forms (even a Bill of Sale) to print for us. She said the lien would be cleared as soon as 2 bsn days. MVD says the lien has not been cleared and it's 12 business days later. The member I purchased from called last week and even had a VP "Barbara" working to send the lien release to the MVD. There are many Credit Unions in Tucson (90 minutes away) with A and B ratings. Suggest you avoid ASCU until they prove they care about customers and fix that BBB rating. I have never seen an F rating on a financial institution before.

Moved all my accounts over from BofA because of the way I was treated during the pandemic. BofA can kiss my ass. I have not had any problems with ASCU as of yet even though I read bad reports on them. So far so good. If they mess up, I will be moving my accounts somewhere else but nothing bad has happened yet.
