In my storage unit, there has been an issue with mice getting into my crates and boxes for about 2 months now. The management team has done nothing to resolve this situation. I'm looking for a new facility.

I have had a great experience thus far with this place. It's got 3 floors and is just a massive facility. I was able to check out a storage from the friendly staff person and was quite happy with what I found. I was looking for a 4X6 type and they had a discount on it, so paying $25 has been awesome. It's all enclosed which I really like and feels very secure. The application process was quite painless and I only had to pay an extra $10 on top to get my first month. No catches, and painless. They have several carts available for hauling stuff about and a nice loading dock area that makes it easy to pull into. I'd recommend this place for sure and I like that there is a QT nearby to get a cold drink on a hot day of moving stuff.

Had to leave a quick review for this storage place. First off, it's unbelievably huge with 3 stories and hallways as long as a football field. I have two units here, havent been down the hallways, not sure what's down there! They give a military discount, the staff are unbelievably friendly and it's climate controlled. We've had our stuff here for over 3 years (we keep our seasonal crap here and rotate it out) and have never had any issues whatsoever! They have loading docks that you can back up to and large loading and unloading doors with dolleys to use for your stuff. Thank you American Storage!!

They raised my RV storahe rate by 35% with no improvements to their shabby site. I canceled my contract before the end of the month and was denied a refund of my prepaid amount for the following month.

I have been renting an RV spot from these guys for a few years now. The new management has been great, professional, and friendly. I would highly recommend this business for all your storage needs.

I have had my RV stored there for years and they hired a yard crew to clean up the overgrown tumbleweeds. A yard worker broke out my window. After a full month of badgering them to pay for my broken window, today the staff showed me in the contract that they are not responsible for anything inside the yard. Now because of the careless action of a yard crew I am out over $300 for a window they broken. It took them a month to finally give me an answer about who is responsible for the damage. It suck that you think your stuff is being stored in a safe place and the owner won't do the right thing and pay for the damages. Don't rent a space here if you value your vehicle.
