These folks care. They treat customers with respect. Though small, the shop has a range of good equipment. Service department is faster than most. Only negative is lack of comfortable seating. By the way, this is a veteran friendly outfit.

American Mobility (AM) has a website with absolutely no information, expired coupons and a message saying "let's talk!". As I wanted to deal with a local business, I gave them a call. A man named Jesse answered. I explained that I was on the American Mobility website, but there was no information of what services and equipment that AM provided. Since the website had no information whatsoever, I simply asked for a list of what they were offering. Jesse thought that I was being rude for asking, gave me a piece of his mind and then hang up in my ear. WOW!... and they advertise "Good Old Fashioned Service."Their employees need more customer courtesy training and their web site needs much, much more work. My call was about 1:10 PM Tuesday, 25 February.They just kissed about $5,000 worth of business goodbye. But they probably could give a "rats behind."Well, that was my first impression of American Mobility.I got an email response from a woman named Nicole, apologizing for "my experience." I wish that would do it for me. It didn't.Honesty, just check out their website and you'll see exactly what I mean. So many unanswered questions. Please don't be tempted to call. Or, then again, please do. Maybe, Jesse will answer the phone.

what a wonderful place, from the time I called to check to see if they had rent to buy scooters they were so kind and informative. An hour later I was in the store and what a selection they have they were again very informative a lady there named Mary was great, that is the best way to explain it. Told her what I wanted told her how I wanted to use it and right off the bat we started she told me every part of the scooter she had a mechanic come out and make our adjustments that was needed it was the greatest experience that I've had in a long time. Ended up renting a very nice scooter for the month. They had me go out see if I could get it in my car and break it down and put it back together when I was ready to leave a gentleman,a mechanic, took it out to my car and put it in my car for me. Paperwork was a breeze, Mary took the time to write down on paper what this model that I was renting would cost me to buy and what it would cost for a brand new one with all the warrantees on it. The price was fabulous for both it is going to be a very hard decision. You really need to go there and experience what I did it was great.

I took my brother in laws Parkinsons's Walker into American Mobility. I am so blown away by the professionalism of their technician, I can't say enough good about the experience. I had an appointment for him to look at and diagnose any problems. He was very thorough and helpful, no need for me to go into the situation, just wanted to say how impressed I am. He called the manufacturer to find out if the walker could even be repaired. He spent a long time trying to help me out and didn't charge for his effort. Even though it was a long drive I would absolutely go back there anytime I need service or sales for a mobility product. Great attitude and customer service should be rewarded.

I am really surprised that a business that claims good old time customer service would train Arecelly to call a customer a liar and hang up on them so rudely! Turns out Arecelly I am not a liar YOU were wrong and you owe me an Apology for your rudeness! But I am sure you have not been trained in that as well! I will be sure to tell anyone I come in contact with if you want unprofessional service call Arecelly at American Mobility! And the only reason you get 2 Stars is because Someone else Iin your company had the class to own the truth!

Great scooter service, got my buggie up and running! Technicians were very knowledgeable and fair. I will say, sitting in the waiting room got a little awkward when the lady in the front kept yelping extremely loud and making uncomfortable jokes in front of customers. Very unprofessional on her part. Other than that, service all around was outstanding. Would be 5 stars, but that girl needs a real talkin' to by management.
