The people at Ambassador Diamond Jewelers on Grant Road were amazing. They offered us creative solutions to fix my wedding ring and later helped us create yet another beautiful ring. All this with a smile and efficiency that I haven't experienced in a long time. Thank you to all at Ambassador's!

Update a year later. This time my gold chain clasp had to be replaced on both sides. Gold is way up this week so I expect a C note bill. The damaged clasp is theirs and I will get scrap value for the damaged parts. That will help the bill. It Took a week to be serviced, & pick it up this afternoon. Update: I did pick it up. Fully repaired and 25 pct less than my guess but still in the estimate range. Good place to come. I wear it daily.

My husband purchased my engaged and wedding ring here 12 years ago. We have never had anything but wonderful service from them and my jewelry is gorgeous. Our tenth wedding anniversary is coming up and I assure you that presents will be bought at Ambassador.

I've been wearing this ring daily for 15 years. Last year a few of the pave diamonds fell out and it needed repair. I don't have much experience with jewelers here but Ambassador had good reviews. I finally decided to take it in and have it fixed. My husband picked up my rings yesterday and I honestly cannot stop staring at it. They did such an amazing job. I don't know that it's ever looked this good. They buffed it and shined up the gold. It looks brand new. I could not be happier. They've definitely earned a faithful customer.

I came in to resize my watch here after two failed attempts at prior jewelry repair locations. I was provided an estimated wait time of 20 minutes but the task was completed in less than that. There were friendly employees that took their time to answer our questions and show us some neat stuff. The experience was A+ quality. I did not feel judged. I will be happy to return here with more business in the future. Thank you for giving me back a little faith in humanity in regards to hospitality workers.

Years ago, while living in Miami, I lost a very important piece of jewelry. I got recommendations and found a local jeweler there to remake the photo for me, using just my memory and a bad photo. After a lot of work on their part and tears on mine that they just weren't getting it, we managed to get like 90% there. It was better than I had hoped for from the after round 1 and the best I knew I was going to get from them, but it wasn't good enough to make me want to wear it. When we moved back to tucson I brought it to ambassadors, who had done work for me previously. I explained the situation to them, showed them what had been done, and the bad photo. Within a week I had my piece back, and it is now at like 99%. Unless you had seen the original, you wouldn't know this wasn't perfect. The cost was minimal, especially considering the intricate detail work that was done.If you ever need anything special done, these are your people.

We have been buying jewelry from here for about 25 years. Recently we had some of the gold tested and comes back very short on carats. For instance the gold the sell as 14k is actually 13.5k. When I asked the owner he said it's common and wouldn't I do the same thing if the law allowed it. No, I wouldn't steal from people. If I said that I was selling 14k, it would test at LEAST 14k.

I went in there looking for a repair on an engagement ring, also to purchase a wedding band. Mike was very helpful in letting us know what the repairs would look like. He didn't pressure us on what band to buy either. He made us feel very comfortable. I highly recommend this jewelry store. Ask for mike.

BEWARE!!! I had taken my princess cut engagement ring into Ambassador diamonds 4/21/23 cause we had purchased it there back in 1992 but I had lost the 3/4 cut diamond in 2018, I didn't do anything with the ring for many years cause I knew I could not afford to put another diamond into my ring so I chose to put in my only daughter's birthstone. When my ring was ready for pickup and I saw the ring I told them this is not my ring! I now have a round cut ring setting and the birthstone cut is not a 3/4 cut it looks like a 1/4 cut stone. The Jeweler said "it was a princess cut?" Really I needed to tell you that? You could tell by the prongs? I don't like my round cut ring, all I can suggest is take pictures of what you drop off cause it's their word against yours. Is there Any honest people out there?
