Dirty towels, not even bathe my night. Quilt smells used for a long time. Rooms taste strange. If you do not mind to come

I reserved a room here over hotels.com. The motel was easy to find, but the receptionist was so extremely rude, I walked away in tears. He said that they could not honor any reservations after 6 pm. I explained that I had made reservations without a problem and would he like to see my confirmation email? He scoffed, walked into the back office and closed the door in my face. Knocking on the door, I asked why none of this information was on the website, he said to work it out with hotels.com. I can give hotels.com 5 stars, as they changed my reservation to a different motel without a problem. But as for this place, don't waste your time. I have never been treated so rudely as this man treated me last night.

Tourist's need to avoid this place like the plague. They require a $100 deposit. But they don't mention that you can't get your deposit back until after 10am. And the place is full of bed bugs. Woke up being eaten alive and couldn't even leave without giving up my deposit.

Very inexpensive pretty friendly staff. Rooms are out dated and shabby, but great for the price. If your looking for a weekend partying this is a great place there is a bar within feet of it.

I reserved through Expedia for 3 nights. When I arrived they had trouble finding my reservation. They finally confirmed and announced a $50 deposit for the room, which I was not aware of before. I paid the total with my credit card. The door of my room looked like it had been forced open on previous occasions and you had to slam the door to get it to lock properly and even then it looked like someone could still force the door open. They have a swimming pool on the premises but there is a padlock on the gate so no one can actually use it. On my third night there I discovered that the motel manager had locked me out of my room. When I went to the front desk I was told I had only paid for 2 nights. I had to prove that I had paid for 3 nights and then they finally unlocked my room for my last night there. I asked about the procedure for getting my deposit back and they said it would be credited back to my card immediately. The deposit was not credited back to my account and it took me multiple calls over the next week until I was finally told they needed my credit card information again to credit it. When I checked my account they credited me back only $48. When I called to let them know that they had not credited the full amount, I was informed that that was a service charge. When I informed them that I had not agreed to any additional charge, they hung up on me. $2 may not seem like much, but if you multiply that by a larger number of customers over time it adds up quickly to a nice extra profit for their pocket. My advice: pay the extra $10 or $20 a night for someplace else and save yourself the headache of being subjected to this nightmare.

Save yourself the headache and cockroach infeststion by spending a couple more bucks on a cleaner hotel or motel. The owners are stubborn and rude. Their "queen" bed is a tiny full size and they say it is just a new style. There were crumbs every where in the room. The bathroom pipes make random noises throughout the night. They give you one flimsy bath towel. Spend a wee bit more money and stay somewhere else more clean! I saw a 1 inch cockroach within 2 minutes into my stay! Could not stay here.

I'm backpacking the states and I made a reservation through Booking.com and when I showed up with my backpack, they told me they were full. I showed them my reservation and they then said I had to pay a $200 deposit and it's just not listed on Booking and shooed me away. Unbelievable that they are able to do business.

We booked our reservation for 2 for the night of 7/24/19 by phone directly with the owner and paid $50 plus tax which amounted to another almost $10. Room 107 was fresh and clean and in good repair, including a king size bed, big screen TV with cable, WIFI, refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom was spotless with towels, soaps and shampoos for 2. It was 102 deg. when we arrived so it took some time for the AC to cool the room from 95 down to the 74 we set it for. By the time we came back from supper and a drive around town it was fine. There was a swimming pool but we did not check it out. The only complaints were that we had to open the window to air out the bathroom since there was no fan and the AC was noisy, but this is a budget motel. It fully met our expectations.

Heard about the receptionist coming off rude as a first impression and I can vouch for that. Late night reservation and the guy tells me they are not accepting reservations. Showed him my confirmation email from hotel.com and he briefly leaves and comes back with a calculator. He gave me a different estimate than what it said on my confirmation but it was a few bucks so it didn't bother much. An inexpensive hotel so don't expect much. Main issue is that I was charged an extra 50 dollars, keeping in mind that there is a deposit of 25 dollars. Tried calling the hotel but no answer. So I had to resort to my credit issuer and get it resolve there. Just make sure you save your receipts.
