I ordered a new fridge for my mom from Toronto Canada ! I decided to shop local and couldn't be happier . I purchased online talked to owner and my mom went in to looked at fridge . The family owned business was helpful returned calls promptly along with any questions . The staff Al's appliance uses for delivery is amazing . They are very efficient and had old fridge removed and new fridge installed in less that 1/2 hour . They were careful to not damage walls door frames etc . Great service from a family business in Green Valley !

If anyone needs appliance servicing, I recommend you look anywhere else but Al's Appliance in Green Valley. After repeated phone calls, some that ended with the receptionist hanging up on me, one that had the owner calling me a wacko (although she claimed she was directing that to her husband), we've gotten nowhere. Going over a week without a refrigerator in an Arizona summer is never fun. Asking us to wait for a second week is ridiculous. They could not follow basic directions or even present the most minimal courtesy. As a family who prefers to shop local, this was beyond disappointing. And at the end of the conversation that company decided to put my family and I on their "Do Not Service" list. That's the only positive I've had from them.

I have used Al's a couple of times now, the last time was for replacing a wall oven/microwave unit. The servicemen were wonderful, it took about 6 weeks to get the replacement unit, but this was at the beginning of the Covid 19 lockdown. It arrived a day before they thought, called to schedule installing and it went smoothly. I can highly recommend them for their service, promptness and efficiency. And, of course I sat and watched the installers and talked to them the whole time to and they were quite friendly and patient with me! :-)

So this is an update regarding our experience with Al's appliance & TV:After a kitchen remodel, we hired and paid Al's to come and install a dishwasher. They did so. Within a month or so, the dishwasher was loose and tilting forward, obviously not installed correctly. We called to ask for a service visit to fix what they had clearly not done correctly in the first place. They charged us $85.00 to come out and fix their mistake. The tech said he needed to order up a couple mounting clips and it should only be a couple of days for them to come in and we would receive a call to schedule the install. No call ever came. I called to follow up and was told she needed to check with the tech to see what was needed and she would call me back. No call. This morning I called to follow-up and was told they were going to charge us an additional service charge to have someone come out; again, to fix what they did wrong from the very beginning. I always prefer to keep business local, but today I'll be fine taking my business elsewhere.

Estimate was not free, charged me $70.Very bad at communicating. Did not call my tenant as promised.I had to call them multiple times to get my written estimate and to be able to pay the invoice.Quoted me almost $400 to repair a stove that isn't even worth $400 brand new.

Helping my wife sell her parents home, I'm fixing all the minor items the home inspection pointed out. One was a missing dryer cord strain relief clamp. Went to Ace and True Value with no luck finding the clamp. Thought I was going to have to go to Tucson to find an appliance parts store. If I was back home in CA I would go to APD (Appliance Parts Distributor). Not being from this area, the gentleman at True Value suggested I try Al's Appliance. Dropped in and told the 2 ladies, that were working there, what I was looking for. The clamp is not something they normally stock, but they went into the back room and came back with a strain relief clamp that will do the trick. They were very friendly and saved me lots of time trying to track down this part. Check off another item from my to do list. If I need anything appliance related while in GV, I will go to Al's Appliance first.

Great service. Excellent information from the office. Excellent install. The price on our new Maytag dishwasher was competitive (if not better) than the Tucson stores. 5 stars and a big thank you to their whole team.

My refrigerator died on Saturday so I started calling repair shops - Al's was the only one to call back - they worked with my schedule and by Tuesday afternoon my refrigerator was back in working order. The staff is very friendly and I will definitely call them again for my next repair.

The repair person was courteous. Vince, who answers the phone and schedules appointments, is rude and condescending. When I asked about the repair and mentioned the possibility that I might prefer to purchase a new refrigerator (from them), he was so impatient on the phone that I said he should be more aware of how he comes across to customers as his behavior was off-putting. He responded that maybe I should go elsewhere. I said "good idea, I'll do that and also tell others they should do the same". All the negative reviews are justified. I recommend anyone else but this company and will also complain to Kitchenaid/Whirlpool.

Absolutely zero customer service, had to take off work to have tech come out. Was given two different time frames and when I called in to clarify the lady who is "the supervisor " was very rude. I would never use them again! I'm literally changing home warranty companies because they contract with this business. One star is too high.
