I had used them for my shuttle bus for our wedding. I have also used them many times for a party bus and other events. These people are extremely professional and always prompt answering their calls or calling you back. They are on time and whatever time limit you choose they will get to all your locations. When I booked with them not only did they make suggestions on the best vehicle for our group they texted me pictures so that I knew exactly what I was getting. The price is reasonable! I highly recommend using them for your driving needs. They don't have shuttles (vans) if that is what you are looking for but for big party's it's pretty much a no brained and will be going with Allison limousine!

Alright, so this review is about 3-4 months overdue so I apologize for not remembering any of the names of the lovely folks I worked with at Allison Limo. I needed to get about 18 ppl to and from a wedding in Tucson back in July, and not one of us were familiar with the area or remotely sober enough to operate a cell phone let alone a vehicle. The team could not have been more accommodating from start to finish. Their prices were competitive with what I deemed acceptable rates and they didn't try to take advantage of the fact that we were out of towners. The driver was punctual and very pleasant. One of our passengers even forgot his umbrella in the limo and the driver came and met us the next day to return it. Totally above and beyond the call of duty. If you're in need of a professional transportation service in the Tucson area, look no further than Allison Limo.

I have used Allison's services twice now, once 3 years ago for a party bus down to the wineries with 25 of my friends and then again this past August for another group outing around Tucson. Both times did not disappoint, the driver was excellent and very accommodating, the first bus trip was fantastic and many memories were made.. it was a little tight for 25 people so when I called to make the next reservation Alyssa told me about a brand new 35 passenger party bus... it was fantastic and had a great sound system and once again excellent service!I will continue using Allison for future events and recommend them highly!

I contracted with them for a dinner date with my three daughters and grand daughter. Our driver, Tony, was a perfect gentleman and my daughters, who weren't expecting a limo, were blown away! We had a marvelous time. The drive was as smooth as riding on a cloud. I loved that we were done eating, a hour earlier but no sooner than we pushed the glass doors open (of the restaurant), Tony saw us and brought the car around. I had thought we might have to call him. I must mention Alyssa who, very patiently and professionally, helped me set up the reservation. (I couldn't make up my mind about pickup and return times and emailed her with changes several times. All in all, a 5 star establishment that I highly recommend!

These guys saved the day! I had booked with another party bus rental company in town and on the night of the event they cancelled on me via text message 3 hours before my pick up time. I called Allison Limo panicking because I didn't want to let my entire party down and they were able to accommodate our party super last minute. The staff was extremely professional from the woman I spoke to over the phone to the gentlemen that drove us around. Everything turned out perfectly. I would highly recommend them for any limp or party bus rentals.

My nephew was coming in from Texas on Christmas night. I found out about this on Christmas Eve and it was 9:30 at night and to my surprise Alyssa answered the phone. I was given a very fair rate and told I would get a confirmation letter to follow up. I was a little bit worried because he was taking the Greyhound bus and they were running late on Christmas night. I had to phone Alyssa several times on Christmas Day to update the situation. I shouldn't even have worried because she was tracking the bus the entire day. The driver arrived and was waiting for my nephew to get off the bus, and drove him all the way out to Catalina Arizona. Profesional, friendly, and outstanding customer service! I highly recommend and I'm planning to use them when I plan that special date night with the hubby. Thank you so much for being there when I needed you

Tony and all the crew at Allison Limousine are top notch! I travel for business on the regular, I have used them for my travel purposes for several years now, and cannot recommend them higher. For business or leisure, this is the service to use. They operate the best fleet of cars, limousines, and busses I have come across throughout my travels. The most polite and professional drivers, cars look like they have been detailed every time when they arrive, absolutely spotless! They were the first in the area to add enhanced infection control measures in response to the Pandemic, every driver is masked, and each car cleaned top to bottom in-between rides. In addition, they arrive promptly or even just a little early, every time, to ensure you get where you need to on-time. No, I'm not being paid ;) I simply believe in giving praise when it's due, and I simply cannot recommend Allison Limousine higher - call them, you won't regret it!
