They always arrive promptly, complete the service I request, and at a good price, I have used them now three or four times at least. They are now a part of my semiannual cleaning routine. I highly recommend them.

I was very stressed when I texted All Pro the other morning pleading for help. I had had this company several times but this time I got Jeff and what a wonderful job he did! He was here at 10 AM and fixed the problem and then cleaned the rest of the carpeting - I especially appreciated that the outside doors were just opened as far as they needed to be for the hose because I hate the thought of lizards and mice getting in, esp the latter. (I saw a mouse come in that way years ago and obviously pregnant!). Anyway, I appreciated getting to know Jeff and can see how his company gets such great reviews! Diana C

Recently had All-Pro out to clean our sofa. The crew arrived on time and were polite. The next day I discovered one of the cushions still had a stain, and overall, the sofa was not as clean as it could be. I contacted the owner with my concerns and he scheduled a time to come out the next day to personally clean it again. Mistakes happen and how a company responds to them speaks volumes! I'm very pleased with the final results and plan to use them again.

We've been using All-Pro Carpet Cleaning to clean our carpets for years now. They always arrive on time, do a great job, and are reasonably priced. They use steam extraction rather than soap, so there is no residue build-up. They just came out yesterday and did their usual great job, going over heavy traffic areas several times. Carpet looks so much better when we have them clean it every six months. Highly recommend.

We would like to give a shout out to All Pro Carpet Cleaners. Mike and Jordan were so kind and professional. They took pride in their service and it showed! They arrived on time and did an amazing job. Considering we had five carpets in desperate need of cleaning and it only took an hour, we are beyond pleased. And their prices by far beat their competitors. I highly recommend them- you won't be disappointed.

I wish I could leave a 5 star review, but the service and cleaning I received was not good. Jeff was busy with another job so he set another crew to do my house. I had just bought the house and it has a few stains that I wanted taken out. The crew that came to do the job was in a hurry and was not interested in walking through the house with me to see the stains I was concerned about. They just set up their equipment and started the job.When they were finished there was no questions asked if I was happy with the job ect. They just give me the bill and after I paid they left. They had put my curtains up off the floor and tied them in knots to clean under them. They were left that way and I had the untie them and put them back as they were. The stains were not removed and I feel like it was just a waste of time and money.

The 1995 installed carpet looks very good. All-Pro managed to get it looking like its original color and texture, even impressions left by furniture legs were pretty mush lifted to normal height. Highly recommend this company. Good value too.
