All About Parties

This was our first time renting a bounce house. Marklin was on time , set up quickly, and he was very polite. Also, the bounce house was clean and in good condition. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I have never written a Yelp review and am doing so only because I cannot tell you strongly enough to NOT use this company. Two months ago, I tried to book a jumping castle online for my son's birthday party. When the reservation wouldn't go through, I called and spoke to the owner, who told me to select the option to pay at the event as the credit card payment wasn't working. I did so, but did not get an email receipt of the confirmation. I called and again spoke the owner, who confirmed that he received the reservation. On the morning of the party, I called the owner because I hadn't heard anything. Not only did he tell me that he knew nothing about the party and would not bring a jumping castle, he did so with incredible rudeness and condescension. I had used the company 2 years prior for a trackless train for my other son's birthday and they arrived 45 minutes late. I am not sure why I gave them a second chance, but they are honestly AWFUL. I had to scramble to reserve another jumping castle (Desert Jumping Castles are AMAZING--use them instead!) because my 4 year old was in tears and it was his first real birthday party after going to years of his older brother's parties. This company is disorganized, rude, and untrustworthy. From someone who never writes Yelp reviews because I think everyone has a bad day---THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST.

Simply the best. My group has had used All About Parties for years and we've never been disappointed. The quality of equipment is top notch and the employees who come to our sites are always so professional and attentive. Yesterday we had inclement weather hit during the middle of our event and the attendant handled the situation perfectly. No reason to use anyone else. This crew is trustworthy and professional.

Their website seems to be broken, I can't select any of their inflatable bouncers or anything. Their phone number seems to be disconnected. Are they out of business?
