Alan's Shoes

I can't tell you how amazing this shoe store was. The staff went above and beyond in helping me. They carry all the latest styles at reasonable prices. If you have any kind of foot problems or issues. This is the store for you. There are also accessories to browse at. There is also a small clearance area in the back. My sister ended up buying two pairs of shoes and I got a purse.

Alan's is a throwback shoe store for sure. Its big, like stores in the 80s. We were looking for Brooks and they had plenty, plus alot of other high end brands like Nike, Mephisto, Hoka, and New Balance. We arrived at 530, and they closed at six. We were engaged quickly by a couple of people on the team. My wife has a unique shoe fit so the knowledgeable manager got involved to help out. Although she was unable to buy, we found the customer service exemplary, the sales floor very clean, and the staff very engaged. Kudos all around.

Not great service. Was hoping to find new Naot shoes but they didn't have any in stock.

This was suck a great experience for my son and I. The service was wonderful. I'm so satisfied with my experience. I found are new shoes spot. They also have a rewards program.

Five star experience. This place has all the lines of stylish comfort shoes for men and women and the staff is very helpful and nice. Highly recommend checking it out if you need new shoes that don't hurt your feet! Fantastic shop!

After going to some of the big department stores, looking for comfortable shoes I decided to try a small mom and pop shoe store. I had heard good reports about the store so I decided to go in and explain my situation with finding a comfortable pair of shoes. The young man who waited on me knew exactly how to help me. I found the perfect pair of shoes, and since they were on sale, I bought three pair in different colors. They will be my go to shoe store from here on!

I ordered a pair of Finn Comfort shoes from Amazon; super pricy but I have horrid feet! However, a mixup occurred and I was sent two shoes of different sizes. When preparing to send them back, I noted that the third-party vendor was Alan's Shoes in Tucson, so I called their flagship store to see if a direct exchange was possible. Having to send the shoes back and then being able to get a reshipment through Amazon was chancy. I spoke to Joey at Alan's who said he'd check and call me back in the morning, as it was almost closing time. First thing Wednesday morning, Joey called and said no problem, come on down as they would make the exchange. So that's what I did. Although Oracle and Rudasill are on the other side of the world from the far northeast side, it was so worth it. I was greeted by the store manager who said he had the shoes waiting for me in his office. Time saved, shipping eliminated, and a guarantee of getting what I wanted. Alan's made this customer very happy.

They were very helpful in getting the right size and style I needed. We are taking our granddaughter there to get a proper fit.

I was assisted by Chris M. today and I have to say I would love to see thousands of Chris's throughout Tucson! I have never had better personal service anywhere in Tucson. Tucson has lost it's ability to offer even mediocre service anywhere you go, but Chris, you sir are outstanding. Tucson businesses should send there people to watch you and learn! Thank you

Today I visited Alan's Shoes on Oracle. As soon as entering the store, Sarah... one of the employees... approached me and offered to assist. During my time there, selecting a variety of possible shoe choices, Sarah was attentive and incredibly knowledgeable about shoe brands and my personal walking/comfort needs. I was impressed with the service Sarah provided... and I was appreciative that Alan's Shoes is supporting our community during this holiday season.
