Alan's Shoes

The lady who helped us was very knowledgeable. It was buce to a ctuslly get sized for a change. She found several styles of shoes for my diva feet. Cost was about the same as any other good shoes store.

Shopped at Alan's Shoes on Oracle and they have a large inventory. There were several pairs I wanted to try on, but I could not get anyone to wait on me. There were two clerks talking with each other and another that helped another shopper then joined the chatty couple talking. I was there for at least 15 minutes == probably more. I was so frustrated when I left == walked out and no one said a word.

Wow! An old fashioned shoe store where service really does matter! What a gem of a find!I had taken a fall in my hotel room in the night and had a substantial shin bruise and gash. I had discomfort walking and here I was in the Tucson area to HIKE for 5 days! Well, I had seen all the commercials for Oofos and how they help with recovery. I called the Alan's since they were listed as an Oofos dealer. The gentleman who answered asked my size and then went to check to see if they had any, which they did. I drove about 30 minutes to the store and the in-store experience was the same. The gal waiting on me measured my foot and brought out what they had in my size in several different styles. I got exactly what I wanted and yes, the Oofos around the hotel definitely alleviated my shin pain!

Do you ever miss the days back when shoe stores greeted you when you walked in and got a catered experience? Well you can experience those days in 2023 if you go here. The guy who helped us was super awesome and got us in and out in record time. My brother wears a size 15 extra wide and finding shoes is very hard for him. They have good selection for wide feet here.

Stopped by here for a good pair of running shoes. There's a huge selection of Brooks, Hoka and New Balance. The sales team were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful! I highly recommend this store. Two thumbs and two toes waaaay up for this company!

Alan's is a treat for the eyes the minute you step into the store!! They have a fabulous selection of shoes and accessories to choose from. They also have a nice sale rack. Today was our first time shopping at Alan's shoes on North Oracle Road. Karissa helped us, and she was very helpful, patient, kind, and funny. She made our first time experience a GREAT ONE. We will definitely be back. She provided many different styles for us to choose from, and I definitely recommend everyone to stop by and see what Alan Shoes has to offer.

Great service, nice selection of good quality shoes. We went there looking for Hokas, since it's one of the brands they carry. My son works as a cashier and is on his feet all day, and his old shoes were killing his feet. Really appreciated the personalized service, from measuring his feet to helping us pick up just the right pair. Really knowledgeable sales staff. If you're a runner, you definitely need to check them out. They also have a great selection of hiking shoes and sandals. They even offer a military discount.
