Ajo Bikes

For years I have drove past here but never stoped, but when I ran into a problem trying to put together my daughters bike that I ordered online separate from here, they were immediately willing to help me. I called ahead to see if it was something they can do and they were very helpful over the phone and said they totally can help and quoted me a price of what it would be. I brought in the bike and I was blown away by how many awesome bikes are here. The staff were friendly and immediately assisted with fixing the handlebars. They ended up doing it free of charge for me which was extremely kind. I definitely recommend them for bicycle repairs or questions you may have as well as a great place to shop for a high-end bicycle! I can see why they have been around for such a long time!

I went all over town looking for a bike which was proving to be difficult due to my short height. This was by far my favorite stop. Everyone there was so kind and helpful. Not pushy for a sale at all and helped find just what I needed. Nick was wonderful. Will be returning for all of my bicycle needs.

These folks are fast--under promised and over-delivered. I brought my bike in on a Wednesday afternoon and didn't need it right away. Too hot for me to ride anyway. But the mechanic noticed that (my) weekend was going to have a few cooler days and my bike was done by Saturday! Rides smooth, like new!

I'm on my bike ,a part fell off so I walked it to Ajo bikes to borrow or buy an Allen wrench and they sent me a way saying that they don't lend or sell tools. Lotta help NOT!!!!!!!!!

Great bike shop, they fixed an issue that another shop couldn't fix in a matter of minutes.

Brought my bikes into Ajo bikes today the technician Steven was fantastic, he was courteous and professional and promptly repaired two of my bikes. excellent place to bring your bikes to get repaired

I like this store. The people who work here seem honest and their prices are good. We recently moved to southwest Tucson from midtown. This is our new bike shop.

First off I would like to say the staff at Ajo Bikes are GREAT. I dealt with "Hoz" a sells rep. He had the trike, a "TerraTrike" Gran Tourismo all ready to go when I got there. The staff wasted no time getting the trike adjusted for me. They went over everything on the trike. For me Ajo Bikes is the only shop I will deal with.
