Comfy and Warm setting of the restaurant. Very open and inviting. The service was excellent. Proper service and guest experience was provided. The food was good - ranking 8 out of 10. Appetizers were more on the salty side. Our steaks were ordered medium rare but was delivered as medium well probably because it may have rest for too long. Presentation of each plates were neat and clean. Recommend indoor seating to enjoy its ambiance. Food recommendations: Mussels (100%) and Pork Rack

Was shopping on a Sunday in Mercado and realized we were hungry- Augustine was surprisingly empty, but the two friends I was with had been before and said it was great, so we stoped in. The space is airy and lovely, so we sat inside. There were only a few other tables occupied but it was nearly ten minutes before our water glasses were even filled. This was done by a bald gentleman who didn't say a word to us- we thought he was a busser as a result. So we were very surprised when another ten minutes passed and he showed up again and asked if we were ready. He never introduced himself, never offered to take a drink order, and let our water glasses sit empty multiple times. It was brunch, so the three of us ordered two farmer's salads and a breakfast plate. It didn't take too long for the food to arrive, and the salads were great. But the breakfast plate- which was ordered with three eggs over easy- arrive with two eggs that were flat but sort of poached, and definitely medium. They were also served in a small bowl on top of each other, making them near impossible to eat. Again, no filling our water, no checking if the food was ok, or even offering or bringing salt and pepper (which the poached eggs desperately needed). When the server dropped off the bill, we saw he'd rung in the eggs incorrectly, even though he'd repeated the order back to us when we placed it. Not a great experience- the food was expensive so none is us will be hurrying back.

Came here for brunch for part of my hubby's birthday. It was about 11am, not very crowded considering that there was a bustling flea market going on, the perfect opportunity to even have business???He ordered the biscuits and gravy that came with home fried potatoes and 2 eggs any style. I ordered the smoked salmon benedict with home fried potatoes and a small salad.Hubby tells me that the biscuits in his biscuits and gravy tasted like day old biscuits covered in gravy and proceeds to tell me that it's the little things like this that give this restaurant a rating lower than you would expect. The expectation is that because it's in a cool location, it has ambiance maybe the menu and service might be good or better than average. My meal comes as expected, it tastes fine. Then for the remainder of our experience we are absolutely ignored. Our waiter books it every time he's near enough even though we're lifting the finger up or waving our whole hand to get his attention. He visits the table right next to us and doesn't look our way at all. Like if you're a server it takes 2 seconds to possibly perform an efficient action for adjacent tables. Entertained turning to maddening trying to get our server's attention. Our server was so annoyingly hasten that when my husband paid in cash it took forever to get the change back. Well, he didn't get the change and subsequently left an exorbitant, undeserving tip because we had to leave.I am ok with not returning here again. This place has service standards to improve particularly in timing. The restaurant wasn't that busy, maybe 3 tables tops for the 3 servers that were working? On Super Bowl Sunday, we had the old gentleman waiting on us. It started off fine but the service took a nose dive toward the end.Lastly, we ate here because we had to pay $5 for the flea market parking. We had only intended to get pastries at La Estrella but thought well we might as well eat here since we had to pay for parking.

Not sure what's up with this restaurant the hours say 11am to 8pm but I came in at 2:45 with a party of four and even though there was 4 people at one table and 3 people at the bar and probably 40 open seats they said they couldn't seat us until 3:30. Thank goodness Seis kitchen is open.

Decent dinner during a work trip. Shared the dinner rolls and calamari with coworkers. Had the seared tuna salad for entree and soda shoppe sundae for dessert. Salad was good though the tuna portion was a little small; the wonton strips were a little salty. Soda shoppe sundae was basic hot fudge sundae but decent. Service was attentive. Seems like it would be a fun hangout with friends on the weekend.

Reserve this place for a work event. The staff bent over backwards to make it a wonderful experience. Our table for 12 was ready early and they were able to accommodate all guests based on their timeframe. The staff was courteous, had great suggestions and food came out timely, and warm to everyone at the same time. I also love the fact they had Mexican Coke in a bottle. I just ordered the basic hamburger and it was so huge. I could barely get it around my mouth. I would definitely add this place on my return list and I'm surprised it's not rated a bit higher.

The best part of our experience at this restaurant was the ambience--it really stood out... especially for Tucson. The decor is upscale and incredibly stylish. The food itself was just okay for me. I found it a bit pricey and on the salty side. Given the cost, I don't think I'd choose to return.

The food at Agustín Kitchen is as absolutely delicious! The indoor seating is upscale and a great date spot. There's also lots of room outside to make it more casual.I enjoyed the white fish. It had a really beautiful light curry sauce that was divine. The rib eye was awesome. It's a bit pricy but totally worth it.

Before coming to Tucson to visit my son, I had to search for a restaurant that would be open for Thanksgiving. A few days before Thanksgiving, the hostess called to confirm our reservation and informed me that it would be buffet style. The courtyard space and interior is gorgeous. It has that classy old-fashioned charm. The buffet setup excited me. Everything looked so mouthwatering. The food is New American with French influences. I am not going to list everything but omg, I had to control myself with their fresh baked Parker House rolls with whipped honey butter. Their prime rib is a winner. I am not a turkey lover but it was juicy. The mixed fruit salad was refreshing. I can tell that the string beans and carrots were homegrown. Such beautiful veggies. Each dish was well prepared. The only dish we all didn't like was the Mac & Cheese. The pasta was thick and it felt heavy. But all in all, the entire meal was absolutely wonderful. No matter who we encountered, every member of the staff went above and beyond. First class service all the way.

This place is an open dining area with a view to the kitchen. Its chic decor makes it feel classy while remaining affordable. I had the eggs benedict and a coffee. But the real star of the show was their everything bread (not pictured). So delicious! The whole table enjoyed it. Server was friendly and knowledgeable.
