Agave Pantry is a gem in Tucson. There's truly nothing the extremely talented owner, Shazieh, cannot do. From beautiful pottery and tea towels to seasonings that will take your dish to the next level to delectable and stunning deserts, everything is top notch! Ordering, customer service and pick up is easy and friendly. I'm literally obsessed with everything. The flavors are super unique and fresh on all of the items and it's nothing like I've ever tried before. I promise you won't be disappointed in anything you get. Definitely check Agave Pantry out through the website, social media and pop up markets in town.

The confections from Agave Pantry are the best locally made sweets I have ever had. We ordered the Blood Orange infused white chocolate bark drizzled with dark chocolate, crushed freeze dried raspberries, and cardamom rose salt.. it was AMAZING. Shazieh also generously included some Lavender Honey Caramels with our order and I will absolutely be buying those next. I can't recommend her sweets enough. We also very much enjoy her Rosemary Heart Cookies. It's wonderful to know Shazieh also used organic, non-gmo and pure ingredients.

I'm updating my review because I've recently had the chance to try several other products from Agave Pantry. The quality is amazing, and the taste is incredible! Our family tried the amarettis, the Persian Love Cake, the caramels, and two kinds of fairy cakes. The cakes are wonderfully moist and flavorful. Shazieh's flavor combinations are unique and can't be found anywhere else we've ever been. It's amazing to be able to speak with the baker about specific ingredients, since we are very careful about what we eat and like to know exactly what is used. Order whatever you can from Agave Pantry -- you will be pleased!

Shazieh at Agave Pantry makes the most amazing desserts! Her rosemary cookies, lavender cookies and fairy cakes are incredible! I highly recommend trying anything Agave Pantry makes.

I can't say enough how delicious the baked treats are from Agave Pantry! You can special order over the phone or email and Shazieh bakes your order and you can have it that week ! She uses all organic ingredients, fresh herbs and unique flavors. I love the taste of lavender, saffron anything unique and she is always experimenting with high quality unique ingredients. Her baked goods are not overly sweet like most baked goods nowadays and are definitely worth the price. You can also catch her at local pop ups around town with her baked goods, handmade ceramics and hand dyed linens. Bloom Maven flower shop at the Mercado carries her delicious amarettis ( little chewy cookies - sooo good )! She makes cakes, cookies, brownies - anything you would need for an event or party! Try Agave Pantry you will be pleasantly surprised!

Shazieh is an amazing pastry chef - between her excellent balance and creative use of flavors and not too sweet profiles showcasing high quality, natural and sometimes local ingredients along with gorgeous presentations - you can literally taste and feel the love she puts into her creations! Speaking of love - I got the last of the Persian love cakes on Thanksgiving. I gifted one to the cutest couple (not realizing they were more strict vegans than I understood!). They ate it anyway and said it was the best thing EVER. I'd have to agree - tasted like marzipan with subtle floral notes and almond croissant filling had a baby. Even though I waited an extra day to eat mine, the texture was moist with a crusty exterior. I used mine in a ritual as she suggested and it was so sweet! Also her caramels were fantastic in texture (keep in fridge!) she's know for her honey lavender ones, but there weren't any left at the open air market by the time I arrived and so I gladly tried the earl grey ones! It's hard to go wrong with caramels if you ask me and these were interesting in good way! However, I thought they tasted a lot more like the blood orange extract and it covered what I was hoping would be a dominant the bergamot and earthy black tea flavor. I'll update the review with my favorites as I certainly can't wait to try more from here!

We were going to have dinner with some friends of ours, and the husband is an excellent chef. We asked what we could bring and they said we bring it dessert but we don't really like sweet desserts. Being a little bit of a hick, I was wondering, how are you gonna have dessert and not to be sweet, so I went to Google the Gavi pantry came up and I checked out the. Persian Love Cakes. To start off ordering the cake was very easy. Shazieh was awesome from being able to order the cake to work with me since I needed to pick up the cake sooner than what I had originally told her after we had dinner with our friends we brought the cake out and no one had any idea of what to expect. We all got a small slice, then after the first bite oh my gosh, this is such an excellent cake nevertheless between the four of us that was not a crumb left. I highly recommend. Did you try this cake. You will not be disappointed.

Beautiful pottery and delicious spice blends and Persian love cake.The Pakistani five spice is fantastic with potatoes and grilled veggies.

I was gifted a small Persian Love Cake for Christmas. And what a truly beautiful, delicious gift it is! A cake that puts almonds in front followed by notes of .....hmmm...rose water? Yes, rose and orange blossom. Flecks of saffron to make it even more decadent. I've shared (this is an act of love!) and I've sliced a bite to have with coffee in the morning. Another sliver with tea in the afternoon. And I will be truly sorry to have that last bite. But, my birthday is coming.... If you want to give an original gift or impress someone when you are asked to contribute dessert to a gathering, this is the perfect choice. Or even if you're planning a quiet weekend with a book and a cup of tea, this cake will make it special. You deserve a treat.

I ordered a Persian Love cake for a special birthday celebration, and it was both beautiful and incredibly delicious. The flavors were so unique, and the cake very moist. I highly recommend Agave Pantry!
