I ordered a product that was no longer available and was told that another was very similar and would serve the same purpose and would be sold to me at the same price even though it was a more expensive product. So I agreed to buy it for $72 including shipping. The manufacturer sells it for $51 and you can buy is at Walmart for $28 including shipping. You decide if you would purchase anything from Advantage Medical Products.

Not only did he find us the wheelchair we needed but he did it without making us feel like he was doing it for the money. I was in need of an oxygen concentrator for my father whom was in town for less then 2 days.. The owner said he could rent me one.. For $55 a day!! I wanted to spend time with my dad that I rarely get too see anymore and he HAS too have continuous oxygen, there was no way for him to transport the one he has at home! So I bit my tongue and just got it and went on with my visit with my dad. I picked it up at about 5pm Tuesday, returned it at 9:30am Today, I asked the cashier how much they charge monthly, he said $250! But yet I was charged over half that, for two days!?!? Thats ridiculous, and I feel extremely taken advantage of!However, I work in the healthcare field, and I get asked for recommendations for stuff ALL THE TIME!! I will NEVER recommend this place, or this owner! If I could choose zero stars I would!

5 starsThis is a great customer service company. We were in desperate need of a hospital bed for my husband. Called Advantage late in the day and they came out that night to deliver and set up. Great service, products, prices and sense of urgency for the customer. I highly recommend them.Linda GTucson

This is a place that is a must have in your contacts. I had a next Amazing experience working with The owner of Ron.My family are the ones that found him when they had to come out from California to help me set up my house in coming home from rehab. I was supposed to be in the rehab for another week but they only gave me 48 hours to get out. So as my sister drove across the states she was able to connect with Ron and get everything set up so when I got home I would have everything I needed from the bed to the tray to any medical supplies I needed they were there and it was first rate. These guys are professional,polite and knowledgeable. I think sometimes in life you just have to take time and thank the good people. Advantage Medical supplies will not let you down. They come through in a timely fashion and work with you from set up to teardown. No one likes to have to have medical problems and have to get medical supplies. It's typically a difficult time for the family but Ron and his crew make everybody feel comfortable and you know you're going to get what you ordered.

I came in today looking for a hospital bed for my relative and absolutely loved the customer service. I felt important and was given an awesome deal! Thank you! I am coming back again :)
