The staff at Adam D Technology are great! Everyone is professional and excellent at what they do. They don't try to oversell on any product or service. My laptop was having issues. Nate, my tech, explained that the hard drive was slowly going bad and I may need to replace it at some point. He let me know I could wait to see what happens, with no guarantees of course, or I could replace the drive or entire laptop. They gave me my options, along with the pros and cons of each, and gave me the time needed to make my own choice, answering any and all questions along the way. That's the kind of service everyone dreams of, but few receive. You will be pleased with your experience at Adam D Technology.

Prompt & thorough. Fixed a CMOS battery problem in my laptop, and it was done SOONER than they promised for CHEAPER than they originally quoted. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. These guys can handle everything from minor repairs to large-scale IT.
