Acosta does the Maintenance on our home and rental.We are very satisfied with the service they provide.On time and they do a great job.Very friendly.We will also use their cleaning service when we move out.They are worth the money!!!!

I purchased a gift certificate for my niece who just had a baby. When she was ready to use it the cleaning service was not easy to work with and did not come close to meeting her expectations. She thanked me for the gift but let me know it was a waste of money. That made me sad cuz I really wanted my niece to be happy and have a clean home. I'll pursue another cleaning company if I ever do this again.

Red flags from the start. Called to schedule a house cleaning as my Aunt gifted us a certificate for $100. for a house warming gift. I had to leave a message thinking they'd call me back to schedule. Never happend. I called back a week later and scheduled the cleaning. I explained to Wendy that I did not need the entire house cleaned, but rather just the kitchen and bathrooms. She stated that the bathrooms would then be 'deep cleaned' and the kitchen to include cabinets and floors would be done. I went to let the ladies in at 12:30pm, explained to them what was agreed upon (kitchen and bathrooms ONLY) and returned at 2:30pm and they were gone, which would have been fine if the cleaning was complete. They wiped AROUND everything in the kitchen, did not touch the cabinets and completely did not even clean the master bathroom. Everything was pulled out of my shower and left on the countertop along with a dry cleaning rag that was left on top of the toilet. It appeared that they had to leave quickly and dropped everything. The shower was not touched as the soap in the soap tray along with the shower doors and floors was untouched. Giving them the benefit of the doubt because I'm still thinking they had leave, maybe due to an emergency, I call and leave a message for Wendy to return my call to discuss what had happend. She never returned my call so I called her back 2 days later. She tries to tell me that they did what they could with 3 ladies in 3 hours. I explained to her that they were not even there for 2 hours and the master bathroom was missed and inquired if they had to leave emergently? She stated no, they should have completed the cleaning and told her the kitchen was very hard to clean because of 'grease buildup'. I asked her where the grease build up was because I have a flat cooktop stove and lightly cleaned the kitchen the evening before so I was failing to agree with that. She became offensive and stated that it seems like I'm saying they did nothing. I said no, that's not what I'm saying at all and stated that I was more concerned that we agreed on a deep cleaning for the bathrooms and the master bathroom was completely missed. She stated she'd have to speak with ladies and have one of them call me back to see if the situation can be 'remedied.' I said that was fine and have waited almost a week now with no response. I am very dissatisfied with the cleaning crew and response from the owner was totally dismissive. It appears to me they were not interested in cleaning because it was purchased as a gift certificate and they already received their money. Very disapointing.

Had shoulder surgery and was not able to clean my house. I talked to Wendy Acosta on the phone, and she came out the next day to give me an estimate based on my needs. I was happy with pricing so I scheduled an appt. Wendy and Eva came yesterday and did a fantastic job--as well as I do and that's saying a lot. Wendy is even getting the built up mineral deposits off my shower door. They are extremely professional and courteous. I highly recommend them for cleaning in SV.
