This is the second time I've been to this place and it just keeps getting better. This time, I had a pair of glasses that had broke and I needed to see if I could get them replaced or fixed. I spoke with Ms. Monica and Ms. Rachel for just a few minutes before Ma.Monica jumped up out of her seat ran over to the display cabinet, grabbed a replacement part, installed it, and pronounced the glasses as good as new.Super quick and easy and did I mention no cost? Well they say there's nothing in life for free but I beg to differ. Also I wanna shout out to and. Paloma as she reminded me about the big sale coming up in May. That's one not to be missed!Everyone here is professional, friendly, knowledgeable. It's a pleasure coming here.Respectfully Richard

Nice people work here. The doctors are always helpful and greet to work with. The opticians are well trained and friendly. They gave all the latest equipment and take care of our special needs. I would not go anywhere else!

Unfortunately, opticians are not experts. I've tried over the years but how they mark progressives and then fit does not align. And optometrist don't really seem to care when u complain.

I was a little harsh with my initial review, because in the past I never had any problems w this establishment, normally they get you in and out quick n you receive quality product.This last trip was just different, lack of care by the distaff to try to speed up the process, lack of care to look at the prescription multiple times to make sure it's right, things like that. Took me 4 trips and 4 weeks to get my pair of glasses but they gave me another set of lenses as consolation.Not sure if I'll be back, but they deserve more than one star

This place is super shady. I went in to just look around and see if there was anything I liked. There wasn't, so I left. In the meantime they put a hold on me with my eye insurance and never took it off! A few days later I went elsewhere and was buying glasses, and they couldn't run my insurance because the first place put a hold! I had never even sat down with anyone at that place. So I called them & asked them to take it off. They said they'd do it right away and call me back. They did NOT do it and did NOT call me back! I waited and waited! So I called my insurance to see if they could do it for me, and they did. So I was able to purchase my glasses at the 2nd place, who told me that this is a shady business practice because places want to ensure you can only shop there and that you'll be back. This whole fiasco wasted a bunch of my time! 3 hours later and they have still never called me back. I'm sure they had no intention of helping me fix their "mistake." If you go there I recommend you don't let them have your prescription and just look around & see if you like something first. The gals at the front desk will try to strong arm you out of it, but don't do it!

I have been a patient for years. I am a retired optician. I had a drop in vision in left eye to 20/40 in less than a year. I was rushed, rudely treated ,and Dr. Z said the drop was due to a slight decrease in my astigmatism in that eye. Sent me a way in a rush and was impatient with me as I could not give him a clear answer on that left eye. I will never go back and now have to get a second opinion.

Ordered glasses and frame on 7/24. I was told that it would be 14 days. I then called on 8/7 and was told that they orders the wrong prescription. On 8/21 was told that the technician had broken the frames and they had to reorder the frames and the glasses would be ready before the end of the week. So today 9/4 I am told that they can't do my prescription with the frames the technician suggested. The optometrist was the only thing that I would trust. I even gave them the benefit of doubt when I saw the experiences that were on their website.

This place is amazing! Every year always the same Great service!!! Today Cassandra helped me with all my testing before seeing the Optometrist, she was very friendly and efficient. It's so hard to find good people with great customer service skills I certainly hope Accent on Vision recognize how lucky they are to have Cassandra!!

Been going here for years. Ordered a pair of glasses one month ago. For the past three weeks I was told it was due to the lab losing the glasses and that the lab would order my frames and have my glasses to me in a few days. Today when I called I was told they ordered my frames and they were coming from Italy and would be here next week. I asked about compensation and was offered a $70 credit. I was then told that they could not do any better, though the lab was going to cover the cost of my lenses. When I brought this up I was told the insurance companies dictate what they charge. My insurance pays a Portion of my lenses no matter where you go or the cost. So now I don't know if management thinks I'm dumb or if the technician has been trying to feed me a line. Ultimately it all lies on Accent on vision who has no accountability in this mess!
