Man oh man what can I say about this place hahaha! So we went in to apply for a trailer they had for rent, it was 800 a month and did look pretty decent inside. So we contacted leasing agent and started the process. To be honest the place is not the best. I hate to saybl this but think your stereotype of a trailer park. That was pretty much it. I was not to concerned with it as the lot we wanted was nice a clean. As we started the application process I quickly realized that this was going to be bad. They want EVERY single piece of information to even start the process. They wanted a printout of my bank statements for the last 3 months. That is normal but they wanted a printout of ALL my purchases and withdrawls. A massive invasion of my privacy. I declined and they then said they would work with the statements I gave them which showed monthly totals only. Then between me and my fiance we made about $60,000 a month. After that they said it was not enough money in the household and they wanted us to show we make about $500 a month more. So for a place with an $800 a month rent, they wanted us to make about $66,000 a year, I kid you not! How do you require this when a trailer down the road has trash build up, two broken down cars, and a kiddy dirty kiddy pool in the front yard hahahahaha. My last house I purchased in another town did not require this much info and this much money, and that was a $180,000 mortgage. After it was all done they declined me and I said OK let me get my $100 deposite back they said ok only to call back a day later and say I was on "conditional approval", and that if I could "work some overtime and get the extra $500 for one month they could approve 100%". Lmfao are you kidding me!!?? I told her no and that I was already approved at another location in about 6 hours with my family's income. They did refund the $100 application fee to their credit, but that was the only good thing they did!!
