My go-to pharmacy when I need a compounded prescription. Much cheaper than another compounding pharmacy in Tucson who will remain nameless...Excellent customer service. They talk to you like you are a mature, intelligent person, not like you're a child. I appreciate that.They have like 5 or 6 different flavors for pet medicines! The northwest location is a bit out of the way, so I arrange my trips to Acacia to align with with a doctor's visit in the area, or, with a Costco run.

I can't say enough about Acacia, the staff and the medicine they are able to provide to treat my dog's Valley Fever. My vet actually referred me here vs. filling my canine prescription inhouse (or anywhere else for that matter) sharing it would be more cost effective and his overall positive experience with Acacia being super positive. I have been filling Violet's meds here a year now, and these folks are awesome. I live on the southeast side of town, and it is a 45 minute drive for me to get over there and they are able to ship to me quickly which is incredibly convenient. Any time I have had to interface with the staff they are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Perhaps Valley Fever medication is the same wherever you go, but I like to think that product we have been getting here for Violet the last year is special, and it literally addressed every symptom she had.

They charged me double the price for a compounded cream medication of "45 grams" than my previous compounding pharmacy in Phoenix had charged me for 30 grams, and when I received the prescription, they had dispensed less cream than I used to get for the 30grams! Double the price for a smaller amount! In addition, the dispenser container has five holes for dispensing the cream, which makes it harder to use and also increases how much cream escapes through the holes and hardens each day between applications. I will be trying a different compounding pharmacy for this medication next time.

Bad customer service, I received my meds at my new house on my last order but this order was sent to my old address and delivered. I had to spend another $150 to replace my Dogs Valley Fever meds. You think they would ask if they're sending it to the right address when taking the order. After being scolded for not providing a current address they said I would get a discount but again was charged full price and wasn't sent out as promised that day. I was provided no tracking information to research, they were just worried about their money and wanted me to go knock on doors to go find my package. It's not the way to treat customers and if I can will not be back but don't have a choice. Very unhappy with them

Acacia Apothicary sure gives a great first impression! I was having trouble shoving a pill down my cat's throat every day so my vet suggested getting a fish flavored compound. She called it into this wonderful pharmacy Monday morning. I got a call saying the prescription was received less than an hour later. They told me the price right away and asked when I needed it and I was told me to expect a call in 24 hours. It was ready minutes after they opened today! Excellent, quick, very professional and friendly service. This fish flavored liquid was much easier to administer. I will continue to order the fish flavored medication. I highly recommend Acacia Apothicary.

This place has very friendly pharmacist. Went there to get some medication for our animals and he was even kind enough to tell us to get it somewhere else because the price would be a lot cheaper somewhere else considering the amount we needed. This place is clean and has great service they also seem to be very trustworthy. When I called with questions they were able to answer and look up my account to help me answer any of my questions about the medication I had.

What a bunch of flakes!! My vet sent in two prescriptions which they called me to confirm. I asked how long until they were ready and they said in a couple hours and they would call to let me know they were ready. Several hours go by without hearing so I called to check. The loaded told me one was ready but the other would be 24 hours, again they would call. I called back well after the 24 hours and again I was told the one was ready but they still haven't filled the other one. We will call you in a couple hours..... 5 hours later still no call. Called again still no update. Finally I just went there and lo and behold the one I was waiting for was ready! Great right! Nope, that's when they told me the first prescription wasn't filled and they don't even have it!!!! I asked why I was told it was ready every time I called and just stared at me. At least I wasn't like the other person who told to drive all the way to the Orange Grove location from the east side at rush hour to pick up her medicine only to be told it was at the Houghton location. This place needs to get there act together

I can always count on Acacia to get things right. Very friendly service and great quality products.

They have gone far above & beyond to help me. The people who work at Acacia are extremely kind & generous.

If all businesses were run like this one, life would be a breeze. Can't think of more accommodating people . I have never been disappointed. They are the best!
