Well it started off with 1 star .7 days later my mom received the flowers for mothers day I ordered and they were free,it was alot of time and energy but i am a caring human and i realize things happen in day to day life.I spoke to the owner after numerous attempts before and after delivery day,She came through ,better late than never i say:)I cant say if i will be ordering flowers again anytime soon in the future.

I am very disappointed and embarrassed with the gift was delivered to my daughter for her birthday. I ordered the florist choice online and this is what she received. After 3 total delivery fees, the amount was nearly $80. I got the most expensive of 3 choices. The taller flowers next to it were from another florist and were only $50! They are much nicer than the ones that were delivered from Abandale Florist. I see that Abandale Florist has very low ratings. No wonder! They probably delivered the lowest prices and crappy arrangementd to people. Had I known that the online florist from you flowers that I ordered from was sending my order to this place, I would have not ordered from them. I feel ripped off and I'm in Idaho so I can't go in there and complain in person. Thanks for nothing.

I ordered flowers from here for my mom on Mother's Day. While they did arrive the quality and quantity of flowers does not at all match what I ordered. I wish I read these reviews first. I feel incredibly ripped off.

There's a big difference between what I ordered vs what my wife received. She liked the flowers but it's unbelievable the amount of flowers missing. I even selected to have more flowers, I can't imagine what it would of looked like without the additional flowers.

So I am leaving a review because I experienced terrible customer service about an order I made from a third party. Instead of being helpful and directing me to the right place. The manager became defensive over the phone and wasn't much help in solving the issue. The flowers we received were flat out ugly and wilted. The roses never bloomed. The manager Christina wasn't very professional in trying to make things right. Highly unprofessional and wouldn't recommend this florist unless you want ugly dead looking flowers. I'll post a photo for reference from the day these flowers were received from recipient.

Tricia you are the most disrespectful person I've spoken to in a very long time. My brother sent me a Christmas floral arrangement and all of the flowers died in 3 days. When my brother called your business said you'd deliver another boquet... nothing! Then I call and speak to Tricia. What a horrific person to deal with. She hung up on me. How are you even in business? You are the WORST FLORIST I've ever worked with.

Abandale Florist has a well earned reputation for delivering shoddy arrangements of tired flowers for several national chains.I live in the part of Tucson served by this local business and have bad experiences going back for years.Teleflora and SendFlowers should discontinue their relationship with Abandale Florist.

Flowers in the arrangement were wilted on arrival, today 24 hours after delivery they are dead and if that wasn't bad enough, the roses and foliage were covered with a white powder. A preserver or a pesticide? Do not buy from this florist! They should be ashamed of the poor quality of their services.

Buyers beware: My company I work for bought a bouquet for me after my father passed from Abandale Florist. I've had them for four days now, and they are wilting away. Please beware that these flowers only last 24 hours (They only have a 24 hour guarantee.) !! I've had flowers from many other florists last for at least a week. NOT worth the money. Any other florist would've sent another bouquet, especially since these are sympathy flowers. The roses haven't opened, & are already wilting & limp. The daisies, which usually last a long time, are wilting already. I called to ask them about this & they told me they are made to last for 24hrs, and seemed astonished that we would expect a week long life span of flowers.

I should have read reviews before. Worst florist ever and I'm surprised you even received yours.The website stated they would deliver on Thanksgiving or I would have picked a different florist. Two days after when I called to question, the woman on the phone was extremely crude, cut me off and told me in vulgar language to "do whatever I want". When I told her I have email verification she was demeaning and said it is probably not even from their website and I didn't know what I was doing. I asked if she could rectify the situation and send the flowers first thing this morning as the people are leaving town. She told me no and she couldn't find the order because it wasn't done on their website (which it was). As a business owner I was appalled. I asked her if she wanted to listen to her client and she told me no and to shut up. She didn't even care to fix the problem. She then told me to deal with the owners on Monday. When I asked for the owners name she refused to give it to me and called me a "bitch" then hung up on me.I have never been so disrespected by a business in my life. Even if they were the most gorgeous bouquets in the world (which from reviews I see they are far from it).... I WOULD NEVER CONSIDER WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!!
