AAG Collision Glass & Tint

As usual, exceeded my expectations! I only trust AAG. My car was vandalized and they made it easy from getting my vehicle moved from where insurance recommended, to fixing my car up to pre-loss condition. And of course, tint impeccable. Thank you Rene(s) and team!!!

I just bought a car and 2 days into it a tiny rock cracked my windshield. I checked around and AAG was the best price and service for my car. They did a great job and will always recommend them for tint or glass repair!

AAG is the only tint place I go to and refer people to. The customer service can't be beat. It's in a great easy location to get to and has a great small family company owned vibe to it. The ladies in the office are always laughing and having a good time making it an enjoyable experience. The gentlemen who do the tint are always so professional and take pride in their work. I had multiple things worth of value in my car and it went untouched. You can trust these guys which makes it nice having that peace of mind. Rock on to everyone at AAG, keep doing what you do and do not change it.

When your employee displays the inability to complete a job and, in the process, damages a customer's vehicle, the right thing to do is take accountability, and the second is to fix the problem. A veteran who doesn't support military customers is a disappointment.

i'd have to say to stay away from this place I've gotten three cars done here two recently and the two that I had recently done. I had to take back and had them redo the work because it wasn't done correctly. They installed turn on both vehicles only to have air bubbles and lint. They did a windshield repair on one vehicle and a week later. It was leaking water and I had to have that redone as well on the day that I had all that stuff redone I pick up my vehicles only to find out that one of my windows is scratched. I don't know how you scratched the glass on the window, but this is ridiculous. I had two other vehicles that were gonna be scheduled and I'm not even gonna go back there are the cheapest in town but there's a reason for it, they can do good work when they choose to run the risk of horrible workmanship chance of them damaging your vehicle. Extremely disappointed!

I honestly wish I could give 0 stars! The technician who applied the tint to my Mercedes-Benz completely ruined and stripped my heating element. Meaning my defrost and electrical system are broken on my back windshield. Management was so rude to me and refused to fix the damages! I was not even aware of the damages until after I had already paid! I am active duty Air Force and was treated with the most disrespect I've ever received in my life! If you are considering getting service here DON'T! Hector was the most disrespectful of them all and he's the Owner! He had the nerve to tell me "how do I know your car wasn't damaged when you brought it here" but in the same breath said his technician had trouble getting the previous tint off which is what caused the damages!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. They are incompetent at their job to say the least. They will mess something up, like the defrost feature for example, while adding tint, and then refuse to fix it when they are at fault. They can't take accountability for their mistakes. Imagine being negligent at your job and having execrable customer service. Save your time and money, go somewhere else!

I came in right before close and they were so helpful and welcoming. I'm so grateful, there's a reason they have such good reviews. I will definitely be back for future repairs. Hands down the best in Tucson!

I called AAG for a windshield replacement and they were able to accommodate me the following morning. Rene was very helpful and kind, and ensured my car was taken care of in a timely manner. For the price point the service is very worth it. I would come back here again for future needs.

Rene is very personable and treats everyone like they're old friends. Makes you feel comfortable.
