We rented a combo bounce house for my son's 4th birthday and it went very smooth. The jump castle was in great shape and the kids LOVED playing in it. Customer service was wonderful as well, I recieved a phone call the day before to confirm and he showed up promptly at 930am to set. This was my first time renting a bounce house so wasn't sure what to expect, but it was a stress-free process and my son and his friend had a blast. Would definitely use this service again.

The website doesn't mention this; not even when you place the order online - but they charge a $30 delivery fee if they feel you're too far for them (golf links and Harrison).

I wish I could give negative stars horrible ordered a jumping castle for my son's birthday party got a confirmation call the day before the party then got a email 30 minutes before party that I canceled the party never canceled party called multiple times no answer text no answer email no answer. Only thing good they did was ruin my sons birthday party

We made a reservation nearly two weeks prior to my daughter's birthday party. Although they had our address since we made the reservation, we we're called THE NIGHT BEFORE and told that we live too far away and we now have to pay an additional $35 for delivery. We cancelled and we will never call them again. If you like dishonest business practices and being nickel and dimed, this is the place for you. They get 1 star because zero stars isn't an option. No thanks
