7 Days Appliance Repair

7 Day was able to come out the same day when our LG refrigerator was making a terrible screeching sound. They assessed the issue, ordered the part, and had it swapped out two days later. They did a great job and they charged us a fair price. Their technician, Mark, also gave us a call both times he was on his way to our home. I recommend them and will use 7 Days again in the future.

They came and was suppose to let me know what was wrong with my eight-year-old refrigerator that was not cooling. The guy was here a total of six minutes said it was the compressor without even removing the back of the refrigerator, he took my money and left. He had somebody waiting for him in the car so I guess they're gonna use the $45 to go have breakfast. Had a real professional come out and come to find out it was not the compressor at all. It was Freon that was leaking. All this after I had already bought the compressor.Don't use these guys they're scam artist I want to make a quick 45 bucks ... don't even give you the right diagnosis

I called Lazar to install a new dishwasher. He showed up the same day and installed it in about an hour. Excellent service and very professional! We will definitely call Lazar again. He's terrific!

Basically, it seemed my freezer was not defrosting. Mark came, took the freezer apart, cleaned all parts. He checked the parts electronically and found they were working. Because there was so much frost n snow the door was not closing properly and caused the problem. Very please with outcome, as no need for expensive parts. Thanks Mark. PS: reasonable charge

The technician arrived promptly as promiised. Turned on my washing machine, listened to it, and diagnosed the problem.He took the outer body off with out moving it from my laundry room, replaced the broken part,which he had, and had everything back in place in a half hour. All this, $145 on a Sunday! I highly recommend 7 Days Appliance Repair.

I got a ridiculous repair quote from another vendor, so I messaged David. I gave him all the details and he soundly beat their estimate and was out promptly to fix the problem. I will be using them again.

Our ice maker quit on a day when we had friends over for a cookout. I had a 5 year warranty on the refrigerator; it was 6 years old. After getting the ice maker on another refrigerator of ours up and running, I looked for a repair person on Yelp. The top rated service did work only on the east side of town. I read 7 Days Appliance Repair reviews. There was one negative review with all the rest being 5 star reviews and that didn't make sense to me, so I called Lazar at 7 Days Appliance Repair. He said he would be out the next day. Lazar came out and spend a great deal of time checking all parts of the ice maker including the water line. He determined that the ice maker had failed. He put everything back together, hit the reset button, and said to call him that afternoon to let him know if it was or was not working. I called him and told him that it was not working. He said he would order a new ice maker and it would be in in a few days. The next morning he called and said that his supply business had none and did not have a date when they would have one. He then sent me 3 texts with information on the part number, a local supply house that might have one and an Amazon website that had the part I needed. I ordered the part and let him know I would contact him when it was delivered. I asked him if he wanted me to pay him for the visit and he said no, that I could pay when he came back to install the new ice maker. The part showed up, I called him, he came out the next day and installed it.Lazar is quiet, a hard worker and very professional. He didn't stop until he was sure the new ice maker was working properly. He even pulled the refrigerator out and checked all the mechanics in the back of the refrigerator.I will use this company again and will recommend them to neighbors and friends.

With 20 people coming for dinner in two days, our refrigerator failed and stuff was warming up fast. I called 7 Days at 7:00 AM, gave them the model and S/N of our unit and shared our panic. Their Tech arrived with the correct diagnosis and parts at 9:00, and we were up and running by 10:00 AM..We are so grateful and hope that our dinner goes as well as their service.Thank you again!

First service call the technician replaced our dryer's belt and some other parts. But it developed a knock. We called the technician back a week later. He tried to find the cause with no success. We weren't charged for that service call.

Third time using this service- once for refrigerator and twice for washer, two different issues. This week the washer, which is over 10 years old, but Kenmore, water valve went. Repairman came next morning and then day after with the part. Work is excellent and price is fair.
