55 Main Gallery

I love finding art when I travel, and this year's birthday trip to Bisbee took me to this wonderful gallery. The owner was in, and was so patient and helpful as we perused the marvelous diversity of art, jewelry, clothing, and more on offer. I found a gorgeous mixed media resin work and an elegant photographic print by a local artist that were both quite affordable, and she kindly held them for a few days before shipping them for me, to allow me to get home before they did. They just arrived in perfect shape, and I couldn't be happier - I can't recommend 55 Main enough!

I've never seen a gallery that has everything! Art, music, clothing, jewelry, pottery, accessories, Bisbee Turquoise and I could go on and on! When you come to Bisbee, this is a must see. The gallery is elegant, the prices right, and you'll be entertained by Stephen Pike's mesmerizing music that envelopes the shop. Make sure you stop by 55 Main Gallery on the night of the Bisbee After 5 event. Was able to find a perfect outfit and accessories that I needed for a dinner party. This is a very well-curated shop with something for everyone at approachable prices. (While my budget right now is such that I shouldn't have approached the $89 price tag on the shirt I bought there, it's a classic that I know I will wear for years.) The two women who were minding the store when I was there were friendly and attentive without being overbearing. I'll definitely make this a stop every time I'm in Bisbee.
