David came out to check why my washing machine wasn't draining.Found the problem, it needed a new drain pump. He returned with the new pump and hooked it up. David did a great job and was very professional. Thank you David

My rubber seal on my front loading washer had shrunk so it was leaking a little bit onto the tile floor. I noticed a few times, (but I didn't know that was the problem at the time). anyway I called this company and they sent out the best washer repair man ever - his name was KHASAN. He diagnosed my problem; Let me know what it would be possibly expense wise ; and then when about town searching for the part. When he brought it back, I watched for a minute or so while he was inserting it . I said "is it trying to give you a problem"? he just smiled and shook his head "a little bit". he was so patient, and so kind. after he got it installed, he ran a couple of different rinse cycles and no leaking. I am so happy, he is an awesome repair man for washers. Thank you so much.

Called in for an appointment on Monday, Michael came over on Tuesday as scheduled, did an immediate diagnosis and let us know the water pump was the problem. He gave us a very reasonable out the door price for the new pump and labor and actually had the water pump in his van, installed it and gave us a limited warranty. Things could not have gone better! Michael was very personable, professional with great people skills. We definitely will recommend these 5 Star professionals!

Vitaliy arrived within the timeframe quoted by the company. Very knowledgeable repairman. Friendly, courteous and professional. Will use them again in the future.Repairman came and looked at dryer. Informed us of the problem and proceeded to fix it in a matter of time. Dryer works as good as before.

The technician that was sent the first time to repair our washing machine seemed more like an apprentice than a seasoned technician. He cleaned some lines and installed a new pump which did not fix the problem. We were charged $359 for this. The same technician was sent a second time and accomplished nothing. A supervisor came out a few days later and said that l needed to provide him an error code to properly diagnose. Why he couldn't do what was necessary to get that code himself was puzzling. He said that an electronic component probably had to be replaced.Soon after I contacted another company whose technician got the washing working without an expensive component being replaced.I would encourage individuals who need work done on their appliances to look elsewhere.

The technician came out to my home to repair our ice maker which had stopped working. He replaced our ice maker motor with one we already had. We waited 24 hours and there was no ice. I called 5 Star again and the technician told me to unplug the refrigerator for 2 minutes and plug it again. A couple of days later there was still no ice. I called again and the technician came out same day. He looked at the ice maker and mentioned it could possibly be the main board or the refrigeration system and to call Samsung. 5 Star charged us $150 to repair our ice maker that still does not work. We are now dishing out $200 to get Samsung to look at the ice maker. We probably should have worked with Samsung to start with. It would have saved us $150 and a lot of wasted time. Seriously, I thought 5 Star was an appliance repair business.

So pleased with this company. Extremely reasonable, the technician was polite & professional. He repaired my Samsung dryer in a very timely manner. I will continue to recommend this company to anyone that may need appliance repairs.
