5 Points Bikes

I wasn't sure what to expect, but my husband had been there before.We went in for a banana seat. We bought a black sparkly one!It looks great.We noticed there were dice tube caps, but not clear red ones....person at shop said he was going to put it on order form. Wow- that's customer service!We'll be back!

Does a great job repairing bikes. Good prices, really nice owner and accommodating. I have had tires done so they don't go flat. Recommends what's good for you, not necessarily what's expensive. Doesn't up sell you. It's my spot for all my bike needs.

I spent ALOT of money on a bike from Silas. He said it was new. When I went to pick up the bike, he could not find the manual (and had some sort of excuse), and could not find the serial numbers. NONETHELESS, I purchased the bicycle for my boyfriend. Upon further inspection, the bike was not new. When a issue came up, (still within the first 30 days) he did nothing, and pretended to not recognize my boyfriend, whom is hard to not recognize. The ulock he sold us broke within 3 weeks. THIS MAN IS A SCAM, HE SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS!BEWARE!!!

I highly recommend this bike shop and Silas the Owner. We were passing through Tucson in our RV when someone tried to steal my locked & chained bike off the back while we were in the grocery store and bent the rear rim. Silas went out of his way to find a rim and replace it for me within 2 hours! Great guy. Thank you Silas!

This shop is a little diamond. They have a lot of unique and harder to find parts for your cruisers, klunkers and older bikes. Great new bikes and parts too. They have the tubes and the professional sealant for riding in Arizona. He'll sell you the tubes and prep them with sealant for you. Great professional bike shop.

I was pleasantly surprised by this local store. COVIDs has made finding bikes that you can actually try-out challenging. As a college student parent, I wasn't looking for an expensive bicycle but also wanted to be able to make sure it fit her smaller stature. They were very helpful and made sure she was comfortable and that the bike was a good fit for her needs. Also had all of the needed locks and other accessories. I would recommend to others for sure.

A small shop with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. They always have the odd part that I need. I really like that they are wearing masks during this pandemic. I'm in a higher risk category and really appreciate them following Tucson's mask ordinance.

Absolutely a terrible shop. BUYER BEWARE!!! Don't get fooled by shopping here. My used bike has been a broke bike for the entire month I have bought it. It has nothing but problems. I am not a bike mechanic. It is not fair that their "No Refund" policy protect their worthless bikes. I had a test ride before I paid and it was fine. Once, I hit about 5 miles, everything started breaking down. STAY AWAY!!!!

I haven't bought a bike from Silas yet, hence 4 stars based on my pleasant interaction with him and looking at his "stable" of used bikes. I will update it later after he's worked on my bike, and I'll be looking for a bike for my kid. I was very impressed with his selection of used bikes -- it is easy to find used junk bikes a'plenty, but not easy to come across a quality selection, and the prices look good. He puts the cheaper bikes out front (attention Walmart shoppers!) and then the nicer bikes are inside.
