Great staff, great service. 4 Paws groomed our visiting english bulldog and they were wonderful with him. And the shop cat is a Zen master. Highly recommend.

09/04/21:Brought my 18 yr old feline in for a de-matting shave. Nice little place, very busy. Took a little longer than planned but it was worth it. My cat is a different "person" so to speak.Price comparable to nationwide average.Would HIGHLY recommend this business to animal animal owner.Very congenial staff and a PROUD owner with a great sense of humor!

I Just can't fully express how good this place really is! My cat needed to get his nails trimmed, and after dealing with Pet Smart I was blown away. No appointment necessary! The groomer was not on vacation! No rabies vaccination paperwork necessary. Only five dollars for a trim no fifteen. No waiting, I was in and out in just a couple of minutes. Less stress for my kitty and more time saved for me. That is a total win.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!(I am adding this review for my mother, who is not computer savvy, but had such a horrible experience here, she felt it would be helpful for others to hear before they went through the same thing. As stated by my mom, who is 80 years old) : "I would like to share my experience at 4 Paws Grooming.  This was my first appointment here, as I just recently moved to town. I had gone in before hand and gotten a quote of $37 for my dog. When I first came in to drop off my dog, I observed the owner yelling "stop it!" over and over at a small dog who was a bit antsy on the grooming table. The grooming area looked messy and she was standing in at least 2 inches of clipped hair that did not come from the dog she was working on! For a simple bath and groom, they told me I could come back in an hour and a half to pick her up. There were at least 6 dogs in kennels waiting their turn. The two other young employees were helpful and treated my dog nicely. When I returned to pick up my dog, the owner was still working on my dog so I waited another 20 minutes. While paying my bill with the owner, I asked about the sign that is in full display that says there is a 10% senior discount. The owner replied in a rude tone, "I'm already giving you a special price , and now you want more of a discount?" After a short exchange, she started yelling at me. I told her there was no need to yell, and she stated that she wasn't yelling, but that she was hard of hearing. I again stated that she was indeed yelling and then asked her if her customers know how she treats their dogs, citing the incident I witnessed at drop off of her yelling at the little dog. Her response was "what would you rather me do- stab the pup in the eye?" She shouted me that she has been in business for 53 years and if I wasn't happy I should get the f..k out of her shop. To top it off, when I got home, I had to get out scissors and trim several places on my dog that were uneven or missed altogether!Please do not take your dogs here!"

The girls at 4 Paws really love what they do, and it shows! They're consistently great with Gizmo's grooming, and he is so happy when he's looking good.

Great groomers! Owner good with dogs but not with people. Dogs loved going there. Really sad we had to change groomers.

I took my 2 small dogs in to get their nails done. They were very friendly quick and cheap. Also the watch cat was extremely friendly. Overall, it was a very good experience and I will be going back.

We made an appointment for our dog here to get a trim and grooming. Was told to come back in 3 hours to pick him up. I get there to pick him up after three hours and they aren't done grooming him. They did not listen to the requests made about his trimming and buzzed him down almost yo the skin. Not only was he buzzed down shorter than requested, the clipper work was extremely choppy and uneven. They scratched his belly with the grooming equipment and cut one of his nails so short it was bleeding. He was rescued from a meat factory and is very skittish and he was not well cared for while they were grooming him. They did acknowledge at pickup that the cut was not what was requested and did not charge us, but the whole experience was extremely disappointing. DO. NOT. GO. HERE.

Love this pet salon. Wonderful job trimming and filing my chihuahua's nails. Super friendly staff too. A++++++ will be back. Thank you

Great with both my dogs! Had patience with my 13 yr old Bouvier for bath and cut and they were great with my scaredy-cat Rottweiler!! Will use again and again!
