I purchased a washer and dryer from this company almost two years ago now. I have yet to hear anything back from them. the washer stopped working about three months after I purchased them. they came out and said they could repair it for 325 dollars. so I paid them and they repaired it. it then quit working a day later. this time they told me they had to take my washer to their shop for the parts they needed but wouldn't charge me anything more. I asked if I could have a loaner washer in the meantime. they brought me a washer that didn't work so they came the following day with one that did work. that is where this ends. I still have the "loaner washer" and have had no communication with the company. they don't answer my calls or anything. I even filed a complaint through the BBB and still no response. I just want the washer i wood for!!! don't do business with this company unless u want to get ripped off!!

The service was terrible! We stopped by for a washer and dryer and treated us unprofessional. He barely talked to us or explained in detail about the appliances. He was a total jerk and will never buy from them.

They advertise the finest appliances they are not they are lemons they have issues you'd be lucky if they send out a tech to fix it and when they do they charge a service fee even if they can't resolve the issue they may not call you back for weeks at a time like they did me they do not often respond to your calls no call backs they even lied a couple times at least three when i was there. No invoice was given to me with make model and serial number very unprofessional they do not keep their word nor take care of their customers like they say they do. They do not properly handle appliances when delivered.

Bought a used matching front load washer and dryer in July. Got them home and realized the washer was loud. Called friends that have front loaders and asked and was told ya the can be a little loud. Then when they visited and realized how loud, you couldn't even carry on a convo in the adjoining room (like a small jet engine) they said theirs went as loud. Called 2 sons for our 60 day warranty. After much back and forth -ing they said the would come and get it and repair. It would be an easy repair of the bearing and that I would have it the next day. Next day comes and goes and then the weekend comes and goes and there was always an excuse. Monday comes and the excuse is they won't be on my side of town. Finally Tuesday comes and I'm just so happy to see the guy. He brings it in and puts it back. I immediately start laundry. It starts rocking a little bit. Wasn't doing that before. Waiting for my husband to have a free weekend to maybe see if the feet just need to be adjusted. A little time later, a start finding a small puddle in front of the washer. I have kids figured someone spilled something (hallway laundry closet) i notice this a few times and decide to see if maybe something is stuck in the rubber liner making it leak or maybe the hoses or something. Nothing obvious like that. By this time warranty is almost up but I'm thinking if I contact them it'll be another week or even 2 before it's worked out. My husband can fix a leak we will call it good, I got a set with pedestals, it will be fine. No sooner than I decide to let it go then the washer starts REALLY walking in smelling burnt rubber and it's smoking when you open it. It's now the end of Oct. So I contact them telling them I know the warranty is technically up but seeing as how it took like 2 weeks or longer for the first repair maybe we can work something out to make this right, because besides being really loud none of this was happening before the "repaired" it. It's one message a day with them with I'll get back to you. And the. They asked for my phone number a week ago. I still haven't heard from them. I would have even been ok PAYING for a repair if that's what it took. Called a repair guy he came and looked at it, said spider arm was broken and that the probably cracked it when the replaced the bearings and that's why it was rocking worse and worse with each load. He also found the leak. Looks like someone cut corners on replacing a washing regulator. Instead of replacing the whole thing like you should they replaced just parts enough to sell it. I have been without a washer for 2 weeks with a family of 7. We gave up and bought a new one from Lowe's. So much for supporting the little guy.

HORRIBLE! Don't waste you money with this company! I would give zero stars if it were possible! Delivery guy was a total prick. I asked if he could leave the washer and dryer inside the front door since he had it on a dolly. He said no! The office says it is drop off only. You have it on a dolly it would save me the hassle of pulling them inside by hand. Then he said I will just leave it here and dropped it on the front patio. I said thanks for not helping! He just left. What a crock of shit! How do you expect to stay in business when you treat customers like that. The girl I purchased them from said they were scratch and dent but still new. They were covered in plastic as renovations were going on inside and they were blocked in by a bunch of other appliances. So I could not get up close and take a look. Scratch and dent? Looks more like the washer was hit by a car! I'm afraid to turn them on, not sure what will happen, probably nothing! Keep treating your customers like that and you will not be in business very long. I WILL NEVER EVEN CONSIDER THIS COMPANY AGAIN! Save yourself some headache and irritation. Buy from anybody but this company. They are not worth 5 minutes of your time!
