I think it got a facelift and the inside resembles the atrium of an Italian hotel. It has high ceilings and is very light and open. It's tucked away in an alley and is probably the signature tasting room in that street. We landed a spot by the fireplace and did some tastings on an afternoon. It was pretty quiet when we visited, but we walked away with a few solid choices.

To me, Tsillan Cellars in wine alley is the best of the best! The ambiance and decor is insane, I feel like I'm immediately transported to a 5 star hotel lobby in Italy. From the cozy fireplace to the high ceilings and stunning art, it's amazing! It also always smells amazing because of their wonderful kitchen and there are so many cozy seating areas. The wine itself is divine. It's definitely fruity, but not sweet. I love how much variety they have and joined the wine club due to the amazing perks and fabulous selection.Terri is the best! She is super attentive and makes the tasting experience so much fun. I always look forward to having her as my server. The food is also incredible. I always get the truffle popcorn!

A cute tasting room nestled into the Woodinville Wine Alley -- of all the stores in this alley, this one was busiest (and with good reason)! The space is bright, airy and has a nice ambiance. They have a few patio tables, as do most of the tasting rooms in this space, but we opted to sit indoors. You can order at the table and then seat yourself -- we stopped in while we were waiting for a table at the Rusty Pelican next door and loved this detour. The staff was super sweet and explained all of the different options to us, and were generally fun to chat with.We got a wine tasting flight and I enjoyed every single thing we tried -- it came with 2 whites, 1 rosé, and 2 reds. My personal favorites were the Sav Blanc and the Dolcetto (a pretty unique light red). All of the wines felt high-quality, and my only regret is that I didn't snag a bottle on my way out -- next time!

Excellent wines at a fantastic setting in Wine Alley! I've never been to Europe, but I imagine this tasting room is what it's like to walk into a luxury resort in Tuscany. I was warmly greeted by several staff members who gave me their tasting menu ($20 tasting fee waived with two bottle purchase) and sat me next to the window on a sunny weekend. My favorites were the viognier and sempre amore (pinot grigio and riesling blend). The reds were decent but not my first choice, so didn't buy those. I did appreciate the staff giving me a few extra tastes of other wines since I didn't care for the reds, so kudos for that customer service.I noticed they have a kitchen menu with all kinds of food items, like salads, soups, pastas, and pizza. So I wouldn't mind coming back for more wine and trying out their food too!

We visited last week as a part of "Toys for Tastings" with participating wineries in Woodinville.Such a great cause supporting Toys for Tots- buy two gifts equal to $30+ and you earn four tastings at participating wineries. When we arrived we sat on the comfy couches by their Christmas tree. The decorations were lovely and really put you in the holiday spirit. We had really enjoyed the glasses we purchased over the summer and wanted to return in hopes of a yummy tasting. There were five wines- two whites, a rose, and two reds so I was happy to see a nice balance. I really enjoyed the Sempre Amore and 2021 Estate Voignier in July so I was excited about the 2022 ESTATE GEWURZTRAMINER and 2021 ESTATE RIESLING...until the lady said they weren't the traditional sweeter versions of those wines. They were dry and not sweet for whites and not to my liking. I really feel rose is always weak in taste and isn't my thing so I wasn't loving the rose. I felt the 2020 ESTATE SANGIOVESE was nice for a red and enjoyed it more than the 2021 ESTATE MERLOT. My husband actually got a bottle of the Sangiovese because he agreed it was nice. Later I had a glass of the 2022 Dolce Donna and liked it more than the two whites from the tasting and got a bottle. Typically I enjoy Rieslings, Viogniers, some Pino Grigios, some Sauvignon Blancs, Moscato, some Gewürztraminer, and Muscat... red wines usually give me headaches and are too dry and not sweet enough for my tastes. The whites were disappointing to me because they didn't have the sweetness I enjoy in whites. To have a tasting with all non sweet wines and multiple reds which also aren't sweet was a bit disappointing and that's the only reason why it's four stars instead of five. The wine choices were 3.5 stars in my opinion (missed not having any sweet white wines!) but the ambiance, employees, the other wine we purchased, and participating in Toys for Tastings bumped it up to four stars. If we had just gone for glasses it for sure would have been five stars because we've had other wines we enjoyed much more and the workers have been really nice both times. You might have a different wine palette so give them a try with this great opportunity to support Toys for Tots and you'll get to see if their wine is to your liking...plus a chance to visit three more wineries as part of this great cause! It was a nice evening with laughs. Give them a try during the Toys for Tastings- great way to support a great organization and try out some local wineries!!

This location is well represented in an alley called, "Wine Alley" which is fitting. This alley is lined with a few wineries. We went to Tsillan Cellars mainly for their food, but as we purchased their monthly wine tasting selection, it did not disappoint. Originally they could not sit us, we did not have a reservation, but the hostess asked us if we could complete our tasting, rush, before the hour was up, we could be seated now. We agreed and we did rush through our tasting, but not rush where we could not enjoy or really taste the selection. As luck would have it, the staff approached us and said we had to move from the reserved table, but they had an open table to move us too. Was the customer service ever jeopardized during our visit, a big NO! The food and wine could be satisfactory or poor at this point and I would return just for the service! Hands down, one of the best places to come for a relaxing wine experience.

My friend and I made a reservation for tasting at their new tasting room in Woodinville and were not disappointed. The new tasting room was decorated beautifully, the staff were attentive and so friendly. The owner came around to talk with everyone and visit, not just say high as he passed. The wines were great, the food options great, and even a pop up vendor for pasta sauce was there giving samples. The environment was jubilant and relaxed. Great work on creating an elegant and inviting space for tasting your wines on the west side!

I stumbled upon a real treasure in Woodinville! Part of an apartment complex alongside various wine tasting rooms and restaurants, the tasting room exudes a luxurious yet homely European vibe that's both warm and welcoming. The design is flawless, offering a diverse array of seating options that cater to everyone's comfort. Whether you're looking to unwind slowly or just enjoy a quick taste, there's a spot just for you.During our visit, I fell in love with the Sempre Amore and Bocciolo Di Rosa, while my partner couldn't get enough of the Estate Barbera and Estate Sangiovese. Our host was simply wonderful--always smiling, attentive, and on time. She enriched our experience tremendously by sharing detailed stories about each wine and fascinating tidbits about Tsillan's history.I always say that having food at a wine tasting enhances the experience, encouraging guests to stay and enjoy themselves longer, and they've got it down to an art here. The menu is thoughtfully curated, and I can't stop thinking about the Summer Burrata--do yourself a favor and try it! I'm already planning my next visit just for that dish.Whether it's a romantic date, a day out with the girls, or a peaceful solo retreat, this spot is perfect for savoring a glass of wine in great company.
