What a great experience! We came here for brunch and it wasn't busy at all. We requested to sit outside to enjoy the beautiful weather, and the outside area is absolutely gorgeous with a ton of shade. The food was delicious. We ordered the chilequiles, smoked pork shoulder hash, and the ultimate sticky bun. Everything was so good! The ultimate sticky bun is like a cinnamon roll. It was so sweet, and we weren't able to finish, but still amazing! Our server was kind and prompt with service. We'll definitely be back for a date night!

Giving this place 5 stars...but HEAR me out. Most of the menu is very small, almost tapas sized portions and they are quite expensive. However, when I tell you the food was DELECTABLE....I tell no lies. We were with a big group so it was easy to pass around, share, and try different items. I think we ordered almost half the menu which made this an amazing dining experience. Advice: Go with a large group, bring your pennies. Fav items:-Glazed brisket was probably some of the best I've ever had-Everybody enjoyed the Oak potatoes-Hush puppies are a must, /droolStay away-Crab fried rice not worth the price..at all

We had a dinner here as well as Saturday brunch. Both times we had a great experience - friendly service. The space is clean & airy. All the food was amazing! For dinner we had little gem salad, unique & tasy cucumber salad, octopus fritters, shrimp & sausage andouille, braised oxtail raviolini. Every dish was very flavorful and the bread is amazing! This morning brunch was wonderful - we had smoked salmon toast, egg white scramble & sticky bun. All were delicious & beautifully presented.

I had no idea this place had a breakfast and dinner time menu, depending on when you go there. I was aiming for the dinner menu but came here on a weekend afternoon and was served the breakfast menu. The breakfast menu is very limited and food theme seemed to be an infusion Asian restaurant. Tried the warm bun of the day and it was tasty however extremely sweet. It was like a Cinnabon roll concoction with warm sweet syrup and vanilla ice cream. Way too sweet, our party of 3 wasn't able to finish the dish. I went for their spicy Korean style fried rice and it was good, small portion to say the least. My significant other ordered the Chilaquiles but it lacked flavor. My brother in the other hand ordered their chicken and pancakes, which the chicken came out in pieces like chicken nuggets. Food is on the pricier side, we spent almost $200 for 3 on brunch. The service was slow despite the many workers on the floor that day. The warm Cinnabon took 25 minutes to come out at time of order and then an extra 30 minutes for our food. We had to ask for our bill when our food came and paid for it while eating to avoid another long wait. Also, I didn't get my water refilled until I was getting up to leave. Restaurant can be loud since seatings are very close to each other. Parking is limited, street or paid parking across the street.

If you're looking for a spot that blends fun, flavor, and a touch of humor, Trust in Hillcrest is your go-to! This tapas-style dining experience is an absolute blast, especially with a group of friends. It's like a delicious game of "who can grab the last bite?" The brisket here? Oh, it's like butter that just melts in your mouth. Seriously, you'll find yourself dreaming about it long after the meal is over. And the cocktails! Each one pops with spirits, making you want to try every single concoction on the menu. The staff at Trust do a wonderful job suggesting drinks and food, and they straight hustle the whole time, ensuring you have an amazing experience from start to finish.Whether you're planning a romantic date or a lively group outing, Trust is the place to be. It's worth every penny and then some. Trust me, you won't regret it!

5 star! This place is consistent (which is a must) they are always changing their menu and on top of it. I am constantly blown away. I love the atmosphere here, it's clean, crisp, not too loud, settle. I recommend the beer salad, the shrimp & sausage, and the Oxtail. Kate is my FAVORITE bartender. All outstanding. Cheers!

My wife and I heard that brunch is good , so we decided to try their dinner. We were welcomed and sat. We came at 5, so it wasn't busy at all. Our server was nice and we ordered the following:Beet and feta saladScallop CevicheWood grilled octopusBrisket Oxtail ravioliniWe enjoyed 2 our 5 dishes, very disappointed.Beets were extremely hard, not soft at all. Scallops were bland, brisket was all fat - more like pork belly. The octopus and oxtail were on point. I had ice tea with my dinner but the glass stayed empty for quite some time, so the server brought me two at the end.We also inquired about the burgers being ordered (as did 4 other tables) but we were all told that we couldn't order those - it's only the bar menu. I kinda get that but it seems that it was missed income as well as customer satisfaction....others may disagree.

Finally tried this restaurant for dinner. We have been told that their brunch is really good but decided we wanted to try their dinner. We had a 5 pm reservation so the restaurant was not busy. Our server was nice and told us how to order since the dishes were shareable. We ended up ordering 5 dishes (we had ordered 4 but that was not enough). I also had a glass of wine and my husband had a tea. Below is what we ordered. Beet and feta salad - the flavors were nice but most of the bites of beet were pretty hard. I mean way too hard and crunchy. Scallop ceviche - texture was great but the scallops were a bit bland. Wood grilled octopus - one of my favorite dishes we ordered. It was cooked perfectly. Char siu glazed brisket - flavors were really nice but most of the pieces were pure fat. I mean not a shred of actual meat. I had 1 piece that was true brisket and really good. This dish was more like pork belly. Braised oxtail raviolini - one of my favorite dishes we had. They were perfect little bites of pasta with tender meat inside. It was a bit hard for my husband to get a refill for his tea. It was empty for quite a while before the server came by to check on us. Also would like to note that my husband along with 4 other tables asked if they could order a hamburger but were told no because it was only served at the bar. I get it but it seemed a bit silly. I would probably try their brunch but I was a bit disappointed with their dinner. We have been to Fort Oak, Rare Society and the Wise Ox and loved all of those restaurants.
