My dad always says that the bread is the vehicle for the sandwich - without good bread, it can't go anywhere. In translation, a good sandwich has got to have good bread. Boy do they have it here at Tru Foods Kitchen. The ciabatta is outstanding. Put it in the panini grill and it is magnificent. The perfect crunch. I got the caprese sandwich with chicken. It was delicious. I devoured it. Haven't had a better sandwich in the area! Highly recommend.

I had the aloo wrap which was great. Good spice level which left it lingering, wasn't overwhelming and kept me coming back for more. The lettuce added a nice crunch.

Ordered here for lunch through delivery service a Chicken Cesar Wrap and it was awful. First off the lettuce was wilted, brown and soggy and the chicken was fatty and some of it looked under cooked. The whole lunch had to be tossed it was so inedible. I was shocked since the reviews for this place looked promising. Never ordering from here again, since it was a terrible lunch and ruined my appetite.

Pro tip: you absolutely must try Tru Foods Kitchen. We've lived in Watertown for a while, but went for lunch for the first time today and it blew us away. I had the Halal chicken and rice. The sauces and seasoning flavors were incredible! I love that it comes with a generous side salad too. My boyfriend got the Sonia Panini, and after his first bite he put it down and just says "wow". Don't make the same mistake we made, which is waiting too long to try this place!
