The nachos were delicious. Staff is amazing, especially Nicole. Drinks were also really good, pricey but good. Nice area for parents to hangout while the kids are swimming and having fun.

10 out of 5 stars for customer service - I'll start with the great because this is such a good team. We've had back to back days of very good conversation and good drinks from Kevin, Nicole and Kennedy! I even learned a bit of property history and next steps as Paradise Point grows over the next year. Really enjoyed the enthusiasm and authenticity of the team members - they clearly enjoy their role on the property and making guests feel happy and relaxed. The pool area is beautiful and you feel totally away from it all. Great views and great service.Unfortunately food is really disappointing. It may or may not be due to covid but we ordered a chipotle Caesar salad and a buffalo chicken wrap and the chicken on the salad and in the wrap were served intentionally cold - you know that precooked chewy type of chicken. Really unappealing and didn't come close to finishing the salad.I want the hotel to know that they absolutely nailed service and hiring the right team! But hopefully they'll revisit the food and how it's prepared.

Went to stay here for the day for a bachelorette party, And just want to point out that Nicole s., our server went above and beyond for us the entire day and was truly exceptional. She recommended fantastic drinks and the carne asada nachos. Appreciated her honest review on what she thought we would enjoy, made sure our cups were full and were having a good time. THANKS NICOLE!

Thank you Kevin D for the amazing service at the waterfall pool. You made the entire BAD experience at barefoot bar and grill with Danny a complete turn around. Thank you for making everything better

Normally when traveling we expect the pool food to be a disappointment, but it was not the case when dining here. On our first day, we ordered the nachos and they were incredible. So good that we ordered them again every day that we stayed at the resort. The kids meals were large and filling. Our kids got the quesadilla and were able to share it between the three of them. It came with six pieces and a large helping of chips.Their cocktails were also tasty with the berry mojito being our favorite.

Great food. You must try there churro ice cream sandwich. It's totally awesome. Really all there food is great

The service at tropics cantina was fantastic. Eric and Shelby are awesome bartenders that took good care of us. Made great drinks! Heather was our pool server and was very attentive.

My bartender Erik Mathews is awesome! We are here on vacation and he is the best. I'm here for a company event. He was bartending the first bar we attended and also hosted our event and may I say he is great. Nothing but nice things and makes good conversation with us and keeps the vibe alive! Always recommend Erik!

Awesome food and love my dragonfruit mojito! Shelby the bartender is awesome. Please go see her. She's sweet and makes yummy drinks!! I'm here on vacation and want to come back already!! Thanks!
