Tropical Smoothie Cafe

What better way to stop melting in Arizona by grabbing a cold treat at Tropical Smoothie Cafe. The portion of their smoothies are huge and so filling. It's perfect for breakfast or lunch. I like that their smoothies aren't artificially sweet. The workers are super nice and patient. The inside of the store was busy and super clean. @cravingswithcat

I wanted to try this place out because my friend mentioned it before. Went to this location last week and it was okay. We ordered two açaí bowls and it took a while. We were the only two people there... and I ordered coconut flakes on mine and I did t receive any. So I went back up and asked if they could give me some snice I asked for that modification when I ordered. The place is trendy and vibrant with the tropical colors that's around the lobby. Overall, it's an okay place.

I'm not sure why this location has bad reviews but I walked in and my smoothie was ready. Back home, we do not have the pick up section so I didn't look there before asking. A young lady was nice about showing me where my order was. My kid was offered an edible straw too. The location was clean and it wasn't busy at all.

Just ordered from this place before I had work made an online order at 9:20 and I was told to get there at 9:36 so when I got to the place I had no problem waiting I told the lady at the register I am waiting for an online order and she told me it was gonna be a little bit so that was fine and took a seat and I was waiting for her to call my name and more and more people start to walk in and everyone else's name is getting called but mine so 30 minutes have passed and I'm trying to figure out what's going on with my order and she still hasn't called my name so I get up and start walking on the register and it looks like she just put my food to the side and she never called my name so I wasted 30 minutes there Just sitting and waiting while everyone else got their food it's kind of made me sad because I was already so hungry and I am a very patient person and I just really didn't like how no one acknowledge me in the situation, but everybody else was acknowledged:( Everything on the menu did look good, but I really hope this doesn't happen again.

I really like the food here and the smoothies but the service is always really bad and you can tell the people hate their job i recommend their food but don't expect good service

Smoothies were awful and service was even worse. Yes, they were busy when we went in, but it shouldn't have taken 20+ minutes to get two drinks when the first came out within minutes and the server just walked off to fill bags with napkins. Definitely won't be back

the smoothies are good, but the service is absolutely horrible. just attitude and no respect. takes 10 mins to make 1 smoothie with no one in the store. very slow. i've been here a few times and have given it many chances. but the night crew is just not nice and act like they hate their life and the customers. will not be coming back. it's always three younger girls i see that are the rudest and one guy. the management also sucks..
