TL;DR: Bare minimum bar and outdoor patioThis place is a great neighborhood bar to go to that has that "bar smell." It also has a small outdoor patio that has some music going on. This place isn't a "foo foo" place, just the bare minimum. It is great for a drink, but I did not try the food. There are also some games inside if you like the usual bar games.

Honestly not much to say about Tripoli Tap. It's a pretty standard bar without a lot of bells and whistles. It's got a Boston theme and plenty of good beers of tap with TVs to watch the games. I didn't have any food, but I imagine it's pretty solid. It's pretty close to the Armitage station, so not a bad place to come after work.

Service was phenomenal. Colleen was our waitress. She seemed to be working the entire tap room alone on a Sunday afternoon. She was so sweet and attentive. We came in for hangover food and some mimosas. The place was perfect to relax on a Sunday afternoon to work off a hangover and not spend too much more money. Ordered the burger- it was just decent.

Very (happily) surprised by the quality of their food. I went during a Patriots game. There is a "limited" menu during the game, but it was pretty extensive to me. Pizza is BOMB. The wings are good, the flats were the best. I wish I could have had all flats. The homemade salsa was spicy but really tasty. Drink prices are ok, but could be cheaper (as always). They have good seltzer options. They kept running out of beers, which was a little disappointing but whatever. The Pats were playing the Bears and they played the Super Bowl shuffle after the game...which I thought was lame since it is indeed a Patriots bar...Wills would never do that (Packers bar). But oh well haha.

Food is great -- a delicious buffalo grilled chicken sandwich with tater tots for less than $15 including tax in 2023? Served to you at your table by a human being? In Lincoln Park? Unthinkable! And yet this place comes through. Beer selection is good, but they get extra points for rotating drink specials and a $3 mystery shot which may or may not be cough syrup. It is apparently a Boston Bar but if you ignore what's on the walls it's a low-key sports bar, and if you ignore the tvs it's just a great bar.

I ordered through Grub Hub recently as I was craving a Philly Cheesesteak and it was phenomenal!!!! Juicy meat, provolone, onions and mushrooms on a french roll! Loved every mouthwatering bite!I heard about the wings and ordered half BBQ and half Buffalo-they were quite large in size unfortunately they were a bit dry. I also ordered the bacon cheeseburger which was a generous portion. It was pretty good.I would definitely order the Cheesesteak again.

Might be a nice place for drinks but food is not their specialty. Ordered a Ceasar salad but it definitely came out with Italian dressing. After asking the waitress she confirmed it was indeed the Ceasar salad. The chicken tenders were cold and the idk what was wrong with the Diet Coke but that shi tasted like Clorox. How do mess up Diet Coke?

Worst bar I have ever interacted with. Breaks noise ordinances with very loud karaoke in a very quiet neighborhood and then calls you a "Karen" for complaining. Thanks for admitting that you were breaking noise ordinances in writing though - definitely helpful for my complaints to the alderman and other officials. I like karaoke as much as the next person, but do it inside and be a respectful neighbor.
