Excellent customer service, food was delicious and the people working was great, Justin service was above and beyond.

We go to San Diego Comic Con every year. We stayed at the Double Tree on Hotel Circle 1515 Hotel Circle. This restaurant leaves their advertisements/ flyer under the door of each room(lots of rooms) We called for pizza & wings deal we also asked for plates(we are in a hotel room) they gave us 3 plates for an order that would feed 5-6 people. I ask for cups the rude employee said we don't have cups???? They carry 2 liter soda, they should have cups. The pizza was ok, the wings were not good. The fact that they are asking for hotel guests to be patrons of their restaurant but don't accommodate the hotel guest or provide cups or enough napkins(with wings???) service is not good. We definitely won't order from this establishment next year, the female employee was rude & not helpful.

Simple and delicious. Staying at the Best Western Seven Seas tonight, we ordered from Trevi Ristorante, not wanting to go out for our 6th meal of the weekend. Ordering was simple and fast, delivery time was a little longer than estimated but the food arrived hot. The delivery driver was friendly and payment was easy. The flavor!!! Was fantastic and the portions huge! The calzone was gigantic! Really hit the spot! $44 for the 2 of us. But everything in SD is expensive.

So glad that this place is still operating. The inside of the restaurant is charming with Italian murals. Not very much on the menu. They mostly do pizza delivery and takeout. But what we had was good and tasty. We especially enjoyed the Trevi salad which is a chicken and strawberries with mixed greens salad. The spaghetti and meatballs could have used a few more meatballs. There were four small one on top of the pasta, but it was tasty. Shrimp and chicken carbonara was also very tasty, with 4 shrimp. It had been a long time since we last visited--before the shutdown, but we were glad to come and find it still in business. Had a nice meal and expect to come back. I would have given 4 stars if they added a few more meatballs and shrimp on the pasta.

ZERO STARS!!!! Got this flyer at the hotel and didn't read the reviews before I ordered. 1 large 1 topping pizza for $25 bucks. This shit was uncooked at the center when I got it. TRASH!!! Just TRASH This place needs fire whoever they got in this kitchen. Damn sure ain't no Italians back there making this bullshit ass pizza‍

I should have taken the previous 2 stars as a sign and just stayed away from this place!They delivered my food to the wrong address and yes I asked for physical contactless delivery cuz I'm currently sick with Covid and trying to protect those around me. My instructions were very specific. "Call prior to arriving and leave food in garage on to of boxes" Not leave food outside front door of AC machines! When I called to find out where my food was, all I got was, she left with your delivery already she should be there. My text notification says my food should arrive by 1928, it was already 1950 hrs when the driver calls me back and says she left my food outside. (Not the instructions I left.) I check my pizza and wing and everything is colder than Luke warm! I know I payed for fresh HOT food which I did not get. I called and informed them that my food was cold and if they could send replacement food. The hottest thing in the bag was the toasty bread rolls, which i guess comes with the salad. But I digress... She replied with you can call the site you ordered your food from and just ask for your money back. I explained I don't want my money back and if I could just get a food exchange cuz I'd like something hot to eat. She just continued with contact the website, that's all I can do for you.Talk about the worst customer service and lack of reading skills.Never again with this place! Save yourself some time and money and avoid this place! They should not be open with the way they deal with their customers. How are they still open? So annoyed...

Oh, our family and friends miss the Trevi of 15 years ago. Great wine list. Fresh ingredients, including pasta. Locally sourced mozzarella. Outstanding pizzas. Great service. That's all gone. I have better wine at home (truly - that's not saying much). The salad was packaged. The dressing and pasta sauces were canned (they tried to cover up the tinny taste with sugar -- now it's just tinny and sweet). There's even sugar in the pizza dough - yuck! The "garlic bread" that got tossed on the table after we sat down tasted like overcooked bake-at-home Hawaiian Rolls slathered with melted garlic butter. That's slathered -- on the outside. Sodas are in cans only. Water is tap water - no ice. And service is "spotty" if I'm being kind. We were the only people there and it took 10 minutes to get place settings and napkins AFTER we got the garlic bread.The restrooms are NOT disabled accessible (a topic for another post).If the owner/manager reads this and would like to meet up to discuss some affordable and do-able ways to improve this dining experience, I'd be glad to do that. Trevi was a neighborhood stand-out and could be again.

I have been going there for couple of years and food and service is always great. Very affordable comparing to other Italian restaurants prices.

I ordered some lasagna today 06-26-2024 to go and it was terrible. There was way too much sauce. I had to spoon lots of it from around the lasagna. I didn't like the lasagna at all. Served with burnt dinner rolls too instead of original garlic bread. $17.00 wasted on this food. Couldn't take it back because I had to eat some of it and I live too far away to go back.

Great food, excellent customer service. Elizabeth was great, good food and the ambiance was great. Price was okay, service was excellent.
