The tables are nice and clean. I went at 7 pm on a Friday and all the tables were occupied except one. I split a classic burger with fries with someone else. It was around $15 for the burger w/fries, a coke, and a water. The burger was large and really good. I took off one star because there were very few fries and no physical menu. You have to use a QR code to look at the menu on your phone. Inconvenient if you don't have a phone accessible. The fries weren't anything special, just tastes like fries you could make from the frozen aisle at a grocery store. They had spanish music playing.

Empanadas were not fully cooked, still cold and frozen on inside as were the pastelitos. Very little flavor overall. Shredded beef in particular. The tumbarrancho was overcooked and dry. Masa for tequeños and pastelitos was chewy and not full of flavor. Pretty obvious the food was mostly frozen and not prepared fresh or well seasoned at all.

I am an American country boy, raised on the farm. I saw this interesting place (a food truck) with neat tables and well cared-for umbrellas, and I said, "hey let's give Venezuelan cuisine a little try." The ambience is friendly and welcoming. The service is polite, almost if these people were raised southern. I've now been back 2x. I tried the beef arepa and chicken tostaditas and tacquenos. Táquenos are a wonderful appetizer - like a fluffy mozzarella stick! Overall, great food, good price, and great service! Give this food truck a shot...they're worth it!
