This was quite a culinary experience and very interesting, a highly creative proposal with exceptional flavor, incredible service, and unimaginable taste. The "Chile Relleno de Birria" was a flavor explosion. Chile Relleno is one of my favorite Mexican dishes, but this combination with birria it is quite impressive! I've never tried before and is truly worth experiencing. The "Japanese Birria Ramen" has an incredible flavor, with the distinct taste of Japanese Ramen complemented by the flavor of birria with great seasoning.Highly recommended!

Tres Fuegos Cocina has taken up residents at the commissary kitchen at 4070 Bonita Road, Bonita, CA 91902. There are several business sharing the space and Tres is one of the newest.I ordered the chile relleno combo for $13. For now, it is better to order ahead. The combo came with one shredded beef and cheese stuffed chile rellenos, Mexican Rice, and whole pinto beans or frijoles de la olla, not to mention some really good yet hot, hot sauce! The chile relleno was very well made. It was roasted properly, lightly battered, and overstuffed to my great joy. The beef inside was super tender, juicy, tender and quite flavorful. They put a lot of cheese, which was very nice, and they sauce that accompanied the relleno was excellent. Great flavor. Both the beans and rice were well prepared and delicious. I was fond of both, but the rice put a huge smile on my face. It reminded me of my mother's rice that she use to make. Another words, it was great. The meal also came with three warm corn tortillas which perfect for making tacos with the food on the plate. I can't wait for them to get their own brick and motor.

I mean, it's amazing! So, i was fortunate enough to have been shared a picture of their 'Birria Ramen' and O.M.G! So delicious. I'm not like a ramen snob so i think most ramen place are pretty good. I've been to Japan and I've had some great ramen and this took me back. I really couldn't have asked for a better ramen (i feel like this is the best ramen in san diego!). Broth has insane amount of flavor and the hot sauce is spicy! The meat was very tender, melt in your mouth... Just order it, you won't regret it. I also got the chile relleno and that didn't disappoint either. Loaded with cheese, delicious and tender meat with an amazing tomato sauce. Man, this place hit a home run in my books. Not completely sure on their hours but i think it's only Saturdays for now till 6pm.You'll thank me!

If you're in Chula Vista make sure to do a pick up from Tres Fuegos. Home based business offering curbside pick ups for Birria Ramen, Tacos, Chili Relleno and desserts like Flans and Tres Leches. Everything we got was SO flavorful and tasty, there is not a single thing I would like to change about it!

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!I personally had the Birria Ramen and I must say, there was not one thing I would change about the meal. Perfect blend of Mexican and Japanese Cultures into one dish and neither overpowered the other. I love spicy food and the sauce they provide on the side I must say is pretty spicy. So if you love spicy you'll love it. If you don't enjoy spicy food as much, you can always leave it on the side. From the presentation to the taste it was a 10/10!

Birria, BUT extra! I have nothing but amazing things to say about Tres Fuegos Cocina! I had the birria chile relleno, the birria noodles & tres leches cake. I didn't share, I ate it ALL. The best of anything I've ever tried. I'm a huge sweets person and wow! The cake was absolutely next level! I'm not a fan of tres leches but THIS CAKE CHANGED MY MIND!

My sister-in-law moved to Bonita a couple of weeks ago and I was in charge of feeding the moving crew, driver's choice . I had been wanting to try this Mexican-Japanese fusion because that is the home a grew up in! But we never had stuff like birria ramen or tonkotsu pozole. Everyone loved the driver's choice. I had the tonkotsu pozole and it was everything I hoped for! My wife is a picky eater but the those chilequiles were fantastic and my father-in-law is looking forward to trying another new dish from Tres Fuegos! Oh and for the flan lovers, magnificent! I forget how much I love flan so thanks for that little reminder.
