I gotta try a few more seafood spots but right now this my go to for a good shrimp or chicken bowl! Good service & everything is cooked to order so I would recommend calling in your order

Popped in for a quick bite since we were in the area. The food presentation is amazing but oh so much to be desired. First the catfish was very fresh, like it came came straight from the sea. Then it was wet, slimy inside The shrimp was ok, fries blah and salmon burger needed work - no seasoning and it didn't hold together. I had to eat it with a fork. The cashier was was way too comfy, sitting behind counter with her feet propped. I would hope that today wasn't a stark reflection of business and wish them the best of success.

This is a terrible restaurant from location to branding to the name to the signage the list can go on. I hope this restaurant goes out of business so that a good restaurant can go in its place. I don't understand why a restaurant would have a sign that does not allow you to properly read the name of the restaurant. It looks like the name of the restaurant is Frederick's.

I came here for brunch one day with my dad. My dad is handicapped and we did have to figure out a way for him to get in because the the walkway space to get in was kind of narrow for a wheelchair. I ordered fried shrimp with a waffle and my dad ordered the French toast meal with a side of hush puppies. I never have to have the waffle again but the shrimp were very good. My dad is also still talking about the French toast till this day i need a whole bag of the hush puppies forreal. I also ordered an Italian icee before we left and it was amazingggg (pictured). The missing star is mainly because of the customer service while ordering (very poor) & my dad having to figure out a way to get in. I will still come back (actually already did )

Was excited to try because of a post I saw on Instagram. The crab cakes smelled bad almost they it was old with no seasoning. The salmon burger had plenty bones. The fried lobster tail was overly oily. The friend shrimp was standard fried shrimp. The fries are soggy. The only good thing was the chicken fingers my son got. I wouldn't return.

I wasn't really that impressed with this spot. The amount I spent compared to the taste of the food just wasn't really worth it. The food was your pretty basic seafood platter. Some seasoning but didn't have much room to customize like many other seafood places. No boiled eggs, one piece of corn, i had to ask for them to add a sausage. ILoved the outdoor seating even though it's right next to a semi-busy street. The macaroni wasn't nothing to die for. I was kind of disappointed because I was expecting so much more out of this place.

I saw this place while driving home one day on Metropolitan and decided to try it. Me and a girlfriend of mine went for dinner. Let me start by saying that you cannot order drinks here, it has a sit down area but I can tell that guests mostly pick up the food and leave. If you want to have drinks, you need to order your food and go next door to the Blue Ivory Restaurant and Lounge (I think they are both owned by the same person), which is what me and my friend did. We ordered drinks there and waited for our food when our food arrived, it was so salty that we couldn't eat it. I NEVER send back food so I struggled through it but my friend had just had surgery and advised not to eat a lot of salt so she had to send hers back. The mgr at the lounge was super understanding. She actually tasted a small piece of my friends food (once she asked to send it back of course) and agreed that it was too salty to eat. I'm thinking maybe the chef was a little heavy handed with the salt that day and maybe it's not normally that bad. Once we finished eating, the owner gave us a tour of the lounge, which is HUGE and has a lot of interesting spaces (I highly recommend checking them out for parties). Giving this place a 3 star only bc of the super salty food. The service was really good and everyone was personable and friendly.

Pretty good. Clean establishment and the service is very good. It is a good option for seafood especially for take out. The food came out quickly but I was the only person who was there ordering so I'm not sure if that's the case when it's crowded. I ordered two fried seafood platters. It normally comes with whiting and they let me substitute the second platter with catfish. My daughter also requested the hush puppies instead of fries. She said the catfish and hush puppies were very good good. I substituted the fries with the broccoli which the young plady suggested. It was very good as it was cooked and seasoned well. The platter also comes with a crab cake which was flavorful and cooked perfectly. The shrimp was seasoned well and flavorful. My whiting was a bit over cooked though but as a whole the platter is very good. You will have a sticker shock at $24 each platter so if you're not too hungry, get the basket which we probably should have done. Nonetheless, the seafood is very good and the establishment is clean and stylish. The bathroom is also clean and the large whitfloor tiles make the entire place look clean.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE. -overpriced, 8 small shrimp for $30.00-small portions: half a salmon, half a potato-50 MINUTE WAIT FOR TWO ENTREES-sticky tables-hard wood chairsNone of this is my opinion, this is just what happened.
