Amazing Dinner! We were guests at the St. Regis for our anniversary and able to get a table for 2.The ambiance is a modern 1920s feel with wood, leather, velvet. It's definitely a nice design and a warm golden feeling. We tried the white focaccia bread, a nice salad, several different drinks from the specialty menu. The pastas here are superb! We had the linguini al limone. We wanted to try several items and the entire menu is made for sharing. Also tried the veal milanese and the ribeye. The steak is fantastic! The service is impeccable and Brad Gertz, the manager came by to check on our table. There's a reason it's one tough reservation to get. Highly recommended!

Our second visit was equally impressive, although this visit we enjoyed the dining room instead of the bar. The dining room offers better views with more natural light, although I would say the decor in the bar is slightly more aesthetically pleasing. We enjoyed a seasonal tortelli with sweet corn, and the service was excellent. It's clear that this restaurant is a cut above most other options in Chicago.

Tre Dita was named one of the most beautiful restaurants in Chicago. It's located on the 2nd flr of the St. Regis, in the new Vista Towers.Reservations are available per week basis, so getting a table on a Saturday night was tricky. We got seated in the bar section offering cozy couches and plush chairs. We did make a point to stop in the dining room to appreciate the grandeur and space.Service was impressive and impeccable. The sommelier did a nice job to recommend wine, not an easy feat considering the size of the list focusing on all of Italy. Pasta is made in house and we got to appreciate the skill, craft and fun tools. For dinner, we tried a couple pasta dishes. Flavors and textures were quite simple but elegant. The squash blossoms were lite and crispy stuffed with cheese. Focaccia was a little different in that it was also airy and delicate. Get the Gotto if you want chocolate, that was incredibly rich. While we liked the Nonna, it seemed small and a little less satisfying. We celebrated a birthday that night and the chocolate/coffee mousse cup was the best bite of them all! Kudos to the pastry chef.

Reservations are tough to get if you don't stay up until midnight a week in advance for their release. The food - we had the focaccia, squash blossoms, a couple of pastas and one of their steaks. The focaccia, squash blossoms and pastas were good. Probably a little overpriced for what they were. You can find pasta just as good if not better at restaurants slightly easier to get into. I will say the steak was impeccable and well worth its price-would come back just for that! The ambiance & staff were both great! Gorgeous views and friendly, professional and attentive servers. The one thing I would note is that their kitchen is open which I think is what led the dinner room to be quite warm, would recommend dressing accordingly. Overall worth it if you can get a reservation just to see the views and interior there but food wise plenty of other great Italian spots in the city that are comparable or better.

Sat at the bar and had great cocktails with helpful and friendly bartending staff. The space is extremely gorgeous inside. Prices are high, but that's to generally be expected downtown and in an upscale hotel like this one.

Put this place on your list when visiting chicago.Tre dita has a beautiful view and def gives speakeasy vibes. The drinks are strong and the shrimp and gnocchi bites were delicious. If you are looking for a place to grab apps and drinks with friends I highly recommend. Also grabbing a reservation is key however they do have seats at the bar.The service is great and the staff was attentive and provided recommendations that did not feel like they were selecting the highest price item.I will be back!

I had an absolute awesome experience at Tre Dita. Vibe , food and service was a 10/10. Located in the St Regis hotel, Tre Rita is an upscale Italian restaurant offering the best views of Chicago accompanied by fantastic Tuscan inspired food . We had the house baked focaccia, Gamberi in Salsa Verde ( Shrimp), traditional Tuscan hand made pasta, Filleti Di Manzo ( Steak) , Patate Fritte ( Potatoes), and Espresso Gelati . Each dish was freshly prepared and tasted delicious. The steak is creekstone so people looking for Halal options can check it out. I was blown away by the decor and the high ceiling. The floor to ceiling glass windows offer a beautiful view of Chicago while dining.

Tre Dita, Chicago's newest Italian spot in the St. Regis building, is the new hype restaurant in the city, and it definitely lives up to the hype! We tried almost all the vegetarian options, and everything was exceptional. For starters, we had the Schiacciata Bianca focaccia, which was super flavorful, fresh, and fluffy. The small plates included bruschetta, fiori di zucca, and gnocchi fritti. They were indeed small, but all three were delicious. My favorites were the gnocchi fritti and the bruschetta.Moving on to the main dishes, the cacio e pepe was the chef's special and was really good, though nothing too extraordinary. The gnudi di spinaci, a ravioli/gnocchi kind of dish, was filled with spinach, ricotta, mushrooms, and Parmesan cheese. It was super flavorful and really good! My favorite pasta was the rigatoni al arrabbiata, which was cheesy, spicy, and just plain delicious. If you like spicy food, I definitely recommend it! The pesto pasta was my least favorite of the pastas but still really good. For dessert, the tiramisu was delicious, and the pear gelato, while not my favorite, was enjoyed by everyone else. The views are amazing, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering a stunning view of the city. It's definitely on the pricier side, but I highly recommend it. Portions are on the smaller side, so consider over-ordering or sharing multiple dishes. It's hard to get a reservation, but they usually have same-day reservations available for late in the evening. Definitely give Tre Dita a try!

Tre Dita is all the rage since it opened March 2024 and for a good reason. From the moment you arrive by the host counter to be seated, to the ambiance, cityscape views, quality of food, service, everything was beauty impeccable. Our server Mark was particularly friendly and accommodating to our needs and especially remarkable. Highly recommend the fried cheese-stuffed squash blossom (Fiori Di Zucca) and dry rubbed ribs (Rosticciana)!

The ambiance is completely a 5 star experience. Romantic, Elegant and Upscale. The drinks were delicious. The waitress knocked over a drink and it completely splattered all over me. She removed the drink from the bill but offered NOTHING but napkins for my wet clothing. Two stars removed for this lack of service. I was completely disappointed and mortified. A complimentary round or a second drink removed would have been best. The starters were delicious! The squash blossoms and meatballs were amazing. The meatball is not what you expect. They literally taste like fried pot roast. Seriously a must try.Two stars also removed for the pasta dishes. The spaghetti was probably the best out of the 3 we tried. DO NOT GET THE LASAGNA. This dish was awful. End of story: come for the vibes, the drinks and antipasto and enjoy your evening. LOL
