Food was top notch. Trappers has really stepped it up with their all you can eat. Two different locations and the service and quality was just as good . The servers are not as attentive and have to be flagged down often but our rollers were amazing . We will be doing this a lot with our family. It's totally worth it and we leave stuffed and happy.

Great ambiance, friendly service, and delicious food! We ordered four rolls which were enough for the two of us. We tried the Bonney Lake, Phoenix, Mt. Si, and another roll I can't remember the name of. I had a great experience and I'm looking forward to my next visit.

Would absolutely recommend! We ordered the Amazing, Puyallup, and California Crunch. We enjoyed them all and would order again. Tried the Strawberry Lemonade which was also delicious. Just as expensive or more so than California prices but a nice choice in this area!

Came here while I was running errands on a Tuesday afternoon and it wasnt packed at all. There was barely anyone there. I did overhear a waitress state that on some weeks the Tuesdays tend to be packed around the afternoon and some weeks it isnt. I ordered the Thrill roll with miso soup as a starter. The miso here does not look like your regular miso soup. It literally looks like water mixed with miso packaged flavoring. The ingredients of tofu and green onion were included. However, the tofu pieces looked a little inconsistent as it had some holes and was not a solid cube piece of tofu. The Thrill roll was decent. The corkscrew shrimp tasted like honey, but no hint of sriracha sauce, so it wasnt so spicy. The shrimp wasnt crispy and was more chewy. They do ask if you would like ginger and wasabi added with your sushi or not. Overall, the meal was okay. Couldnt taste out much of the flavors stated in the roll. Reminded me too much of a California roll with honey-mayo and shrimp. I might come back if a sushi craving rises and im in the area running errands again.

The worst Trappers location we have ever been to. Came in for an early dinner date with my daughter and left with her vomiting after eating the food. It was not busy, we went around 3pm, however there was a large rowdy group of half drunk early 20s year olds that took up half the sushi bar and my kid really loves to sit and watch the chefs make the rolls. After 30 mins, the large group left, and it was our turn. Our "chef" was too distracted by his friends (large group that now moved to the 21+ bar area) to pay attention to the paying customers in front of him. It was very disappointing. The food came out slow, I would say a huge reason was the distraction and he seemed upset about some personal stuff I heard him talk about with the chef next to him...really not professional at all and I instantly regretted letting my kid sit up there. After making our first roll, he asked if I wanted wasabi, I said yes, and then he never return. I saw him walk out of the restaurant. It's just common decency to excuse yourself in the middle of serving someone if you're leaving. However, he did not do that. After eating the trapper roll, my kid mentioned that it tasted funny, like something was off. I told her to wait and see if she feels any better. After a bit, she excused herself to the bathroom and was gone for some time. We got our second rolls served up and 3 bites into my Monster roll, my kid runs out of the bathroom saying her stomach hurts so bad, and she feels nauseous. She then runs back to the bathroom and just barely makes it to the toilet in time to vomit. I go to help her and decide its best to just wrap this up now and leave.I tell the waitress I think we should leave as my daughter just vomited and asked if she could charge me for what we ate since between us we had 2.5 rolls. She said she will charge for the roll my kid had and charge me lunch all you can eat. I paid almost $60 for 2.5 rolls, 2 drinks and some food poisoning. Avoid this place if you can, this location has by far been the worst in terms of professional from staff and food quality/safety. You'll get food poisoning and have to pay for it too.
