Not only is the sushi fantastic, but the staff as well! My favorites on the menu were the lobster shrimp scallop roll, and the teriyaki chicken. I also happened to leave my purse by accident with my license, sunglasses, and cash. Upon calling the next morning, staff told us it was already in the safe! We were traveling for weekend and couldn't pick up until Sunday. They were not only kind enough to keep it safe, but allowed us to pickup days later. Thank you Trappers- we will be back!

Visited for lunch today.1 young server had to take care of entire restaurant , alone.She said all managers were in a meeting all day.No one to help.She was under 21, not allowed to deliver adult beverages to customers.Said she would give her 2-week notice today, she couldn't handle the situation with no help.Later, a woman from Trapper's called me to say 'I'm sorry''. 'We fired the girl.'.I told her firing 1 employee would not fix their problem.She kept repeating 'I'm sorry', as though she didn't understand English. I also had trouble understanding her Asian accent.Buyers Beware of purchasing Trapper's gift cards they're advertising for the Holidays.I personally doubt they will be around long at that location, with that level of such poor service.LATER this Eve, received phone call from this business, saying this employee had been fired for 'talking'.

The ambiance was empty but we been coming to tappers locations for years. After eating almost my entire roll. I shared the end piece with my fiancé. Only to notice there was a hair underneath the roll. When I told the waitress Allison she wasn't apologetic at all. I asked to canceled the last roll because I had lost my appetite. She gave me the check and said they took care of that roll for me, like they did me a favor. They didn't charge me for the one that I canceled. HELLO there was HAIR in my FOOD! So as a f u I paid for the roll anyways as her tip. Your not gonna treat me like I was trying to get free food. I'm sick to my stomach for the rest of the night. Karma is a bitch

This place has gone down. Service is bad. Food is mediocre. The wait staff is sparse and often apologizes for the shortcomings. Waiting 15 minutes to be sat and waiting to be served for another 15 plus with no acknowledged....again not busy at all.

I've been eating here every time I'm craving sushi and it's always a great time and great food! I always get the all you can eat and unless the bar is completely full, you'll have your roll in front of you in just a few minutes! The manager Q and his crew were awesome last night 9 MAR 24I've asked Q before to make one of the rolls I like extra spicy and different and he definitely delivered on that which I appreciate because I love spice food! The ambience, lighting and space are awesome too, sports playing on the background TV maybe some music. All I can say is you'll love it here, thanks!
