As Bob Ross liked to say "... there are no mistakes, only happy accidents."And this, is such a place. Originally my partner and I were gonna go to a local brewery but since we just happened to notice this place across the street from the Snohomish Aquatic Center we said "why not?". We were pleasantly surprised by the ambiance, food, and libations. My favorite has to be the Haystack Hefeweizen but everything else was good too! They can do flights, which is how I came upon liking said Hefeweizen, I also tried the African Amber, Boundary Scotch Ale, and Veltins Pilsner. Some food we had was the Parmesan Artichoke Dip, Firecracker Shrimp and the Lemon Garlic Chicken. All delicious! But come out and try it for yourself!Happy Eating,- FJL

We stopped in after a round of golf in Snohomish around happy hour and this spot was full. The locals seem to have discovered and really enjoy the tap house. After a short wait we were seatedAnd gotDrinks Which always seems to make things better. Food and service were good and we'd go back next time we're in the area.

My friend wanted to come here to celebrate her birthday because she said she'd been craving their garlic bread bites for a month. I had the beet salad and we also shared the meat lovers pizza. For beverages. I had a beer flight and she had a wine flight. The beet salad was wonderful, albeit a little heavy handed on the onions but they were easy enough to eat around. Our server, a bearded fellow whose name I didn't remember to ask, was super friendly and knowledgeable about the draft list. We had a superb experience at Trails End. I also love that they are family friendly. I can't wait to come back with my family. The beer and wine did NOT disappoint. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the meat lovers pizza would more accurately be described as a meat-likers pizza. The bacon was in the form of bacon bits sprinkled over the top. And the sausage rounds weren't what I would call generous. But it was a tasty pizza that we enjoyed nevertheless.

It's no secret our family loves Trails End! Every month we look forward to seeing the new specials menu wondering how they will top the last month...but now we know it's not about that ;) December's was a tough act to follow. It felt like everyone I ran into was raving about the French Onion Gruyère Dip...rightly so! And the burger...oh the burger. BUT! Along comes January and we get STEAK POUTINE...with FRIES! Trails RARELY has fries but now we've been treated TWICE to fries in recent months at Trails and they are AH-MAZ-ING! What a treat! This Canuck and her family devoured our order of poutine today! Hawaiian pizza can be polarizing, but if that's your jam, get here this month. The sauce was more like what I know as a pomodoro and I loved it! Fun fact: Hawaiian Pizza originated in my hometown, Chatham Ontario Canada in 1962. East of Detroit and clearly nowhere near Hawaii ;) The burger was a hit for us too this month...any time Trails offers a burger hubby and I are always down for it! The house-made frizzled onions were bomb...cross between what you likely know as frizzled onions and onion rings. Service, as always, was top notch thanks to Ashley, Cozy and Joy! Pro-tips: Ask for a sample of beer/cider so you land on the right one. Use the Online Waitlist during busier times. You can tell how many are in your party (and if any under 21) and see how many are ahead of you. Winter hours are in effect so Trails does close at 9pm currently, but opening remains the same at 11am. When you come here often enough, it's like Cheers where "everybody knows your name!"

The company I work for had our Christmas Party upstairs. Very nice space and perfect for 20 to 30 people. The food was okay, buffet style and self served. We had two servers who checked on us frequently.

This place was awesome. The wait was going to be long so we sat at the bar but that made it better. The bartender helped us, his name was Jesse and he was great. He discussed non-alcoholic beers with my husband and was really friendly and kind and attentive. We had questions since we aren't from the area and he was great. The food was amazing. I had the filet with the Demi glaze and the Demi glaze was amazing. The steak was tender and cooked perfectly. The mashed potatoes were the best mashed potatoes of my life. Beauty and yellow with still some lumps and amazing flavor. The vegetable was shredded root vegetables. I was skeptical about it when I saw it but they were great too. Especially with the Demi glaze. My husband had the salmon and he loved it with the other kind of potatoes they had, which were really good too. It was a friendly place with the game on the tv and we watched things be cooked in the big pizza oven and just had a great time relaxing there.

Okay food but horrible dining experience this time around. Waited an hour for a salad while 3 other tables seated after us received their meals. When I asked our waitress if our ticket had gotten missed she promptly blamed the kitchen for being slow. I finally had to shake down the manager to get the true story which was our food had mistakenly gone to another table. No apology from the waitress, no comp from management just a "we are aware of the issues and we'll work on it next time". Communication is everything and had staff just been forthcoming about their mistake when it happened it would have taken my 1 star to a 4. Do better Trails End, you guys used to be great.

We were told that our wait would be 20 minutes. We waited outside for 45 minutes then were seated inside. As we were placing our order, she mentioned that they have two 12 tops ahead of us and it's going to be awhile. We said we wish we would have known that as we were waiting since the hostess told us 20 minutes. When we told her our frustration the waitress said, "what do you expect it's the day before Mothers Day" she then stated that it wasn't her problem we weren't told. We appreciate her letting us know before we ordered our food however, this would have been beneficial before we waited outside for 45 minutes. The communication for customers is key and this was definitely lacking.

If you have celiac you should know the pasta section is not actually pasta. Read the menu closer - $27 for a bed of spinach with mushrooms, and chicken ($7 of the $27) with Alfredo sauce. Very interesting because chicken added to the Mac and cheese is only $4. Doesn't make much sense and a very misleading dish with pasta as the header. The rest was fine!
